All of our guys work very hard and we pride ourselves on hiring the best. We also would like to apologize that you had a negative experience with the bill. We pride ourselves on always delivering an outstanding customer experience and we regret that we left you feeling anything but completely satisfied with our interaction. It is true that there is a cost associated with delivering a trusted and valued service and we do our best to remain competitive in the industry. Things that we offer, that many of our competition do not, are regular drug tests and criminal background checks on all of our technicians. Along with them showing up in fully stocked trucks, so that our licensed and insured technicians are able to start right away (saving you both time and money). We do understand, and appreciate, that this may have resulted in a sticker shock for you and we do apologize for that. To our knowledge, there was no threat made, but we take these things very seriously and are doing an in-depth investigation to get to the bottom of things.
