    Kìtchen sink plugged also removed garberator

    Jason was Here on Saturday June 1st he worked at the problem for maybe 3 hours the job was very difficult he returned on Tuesday with Scott and between them both problem solved they did an awesome job very conscientious about their work and cleanup after they finished these 2 young men are a outstanding and a great asset to your company keep up the great work Jason and Scott

    Toilet Fix

    Really great scheduling and the gentleman was prompt and got the work done well. He also gave a free inspection of the other fixtures and provided some advice. Great experience.

    Hose bib replacement

    Work was unexpectedly difficult due to unforeseen circumstances but their team went above and beyond the call of duty to get it done right! Very happy with the work.

    Toilet

    The work was done efficiently and very well. The “gentleman” you sent my way was pleasant and I felt very at ease having him in my home. My one comment would be for the company, is about your pricing guide. I understand the need to charge the $70 call out and travel fee however when a customer winds up spending hundreds of dollars, it seems excessive to still have that added on to the final bill. Should it not be part and parcel of the bill? Also, my job started as a lift and reset of a toilet and then when the phalange was found broken, a new charge for fixing it made the bill double in price. I understand charging to replace the phalange, but wouldn’t lifting and resetting be a part of that process regardless? It feels like I was charged double for that part of the repair. Please know, I am happy with the work and would have your company back, in particular because of the plumber who did the job who I feel was exceptional, but after he left and I looked more carefully at the bill, I did have some questions!

    repairing leak on the hot water tank and setting new shut-off valves

    When I went into the basement I saw water in the back bathroom, the laundry area and then I went into the furnace room and there was quite a lot of water surrounding the hot water heater. I called Gentlemen Plumbers who arrived here within the hour so I was very grateful for that as I was beginning to feel quite panicked ! When Allen and Wayne arrived they were superb in assessing the situation instantly then they came upstairs to present the options I had in repairing it with, of course, consideration to payment. I chose for them to replace the two copper pipes running into the tank because there was a hole in one of them and the other was ready to be replaced and they also replaced a couple of turn-off valves that were stuck and would not move. Their work was quick and efficiently done and I am very pleased with Gentlemen Plumbers ! Thank you, Coral Greant

    Shut off valve

    Sean came to replace the water shut off valve for my home, but he also looked at my furnace hot water tank and in all my bathrooms to make sure everything was ok. He went above and beyond and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He also took a look at a leak we’d had and found that it was a very simple solution and fixed it for us right then. I’ll definitely be calling him in the future for help.

    Provide and install new toilet, replace shutoff valves

    The work was done very well. The technician was very professional, polite and efficient. The toilet was better quality than one we had picked out at a big box store.

    Sink clog

    Dylan was fantastic! We had a clogged kitchen drain happen rather suddenly in the evening, the night before our family was coming to stay. Dylan arrived at our condo in about 20 minutes!!! He was SO friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and made the whole experience very stress free. The sink was quickly unplugged and Dylan gave us many tips about good sink maintenance for the future. He is very good at his work - the whole thing was completed quite quickly and he left the kitchen truly better than he found it. We will absolutely call Dylan at Gentleman plumbers again!!!
