    Replaced tap assembly on pedestal sink in bathroom

    We were very pleased with the service provided by Adam today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of our home (put on shoe protectors and laid out a mat on the entry before coming into the house.) He answered many questions on an unrelated plumbing problem we have and did a full household check with some suggestions for future consideration. You can be sure that we will call The Gentleman Plumbers for any plumbing needs in the future.

    Water heater

    This is just Day one since they’re coming back to do the actual work, but he was professional and did a great job of explaining the problem, solution, options, and getting things lined up to get us up and running, again. So far so good.

    Shower leaks and bath tub faucet unable to shut off.

    Arrived promptly to fix the leak from a shower and a faulty bathtub/shower faucet faucet. Dave and his partner were very professional, hardworking and explained everything to me. Looked systematically for the possible cause of the leak, found it and fixed it. Dave noticed a broken bolt on a toilet seat and replaced it for me. That was really nice of him. Both men worked hard for many hours. I will certainly have them back and also recommend their service.

    Shower leak

    Determined the source of a shower leak and fixed it. Reapplied silicone to trouble spots of glass shower. Nick was be fast, clean and polite.

    Clogged drain

    It was done well and efficiently. I am happy with the job. I will call them again if I have plumbing issues.

    Silicone around bathtubs and also small jobs in the bathroom and kitchen

    - Very professional plumber who takes the time to explain everything before starting the work. - I appreciated having a quote that did not change as the work was getting done.

    Hot water tank issue and clogged kitchen pipe.

    Very good customer service and assessment done by plumber who was a gentleman. He provided options and broke down costs.

    Toilet lift and reset

    Lift toilet and repair the flange and replace the toilet and check for leaks and a quick overall of all plumbing in the apartment
