    Installation of a new hot water tank

    The technician intalling our hot water tank was professional and courteous and did a excellent job. I would recommend Adam. A little concerned with the invoice. Discussing the warrenty options we went with the deluxe package for 10 years on the condition that both my name and my Dad's name would be listed and notes for this were made by the technician. My Dad will be selling his house to me in a few years and we wanted both names listed. We have not received a revised invoice yet and calls are not being returned.

    Dishwasher leak

    The dishwasher started leaking even though I have not used it in months. The garburator was broken and I wondered if it had something to do with that. I have ordered anew dishwasher and a friend came over to disconnect the old one. It had not leaked since a situation that occurred about 6 - 8 months ago and I didn't know why. The water was turned off but I didn't realize until explained to me by Adam and Vern that that sink drains through the dishwasher. They were very polite, funny and explained everything (until I understood it).

    Furnace servicing and clearing a shower drain blockage

    Wayne and Laverne were very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous while they fixed our furnace and unplugged a shower drain.

    A plugged kitchen drain line

    Sean from the gentlemen plumbers was very professional and super friendly. He was also very knowledgeable, worked neatly and did not leave any mess. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

    Bathroom sink leak

    The plumber was very professional and obviously very good at what he does. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work promptly.

    Kitchen sink plugged

    Ryan was outstanding. Professional, courteous, very easy to understand and relate to. Would recommend anytime.

    Laundry room

    The employee you sent was awesome ! Respectful amd courteous . Very helpfull in regards to what he was exactly doing step by step

    Tub faucet repair

    Ali was very informative about every step of the process while making the repair. He took the time to access the whole situation, not just quickly do the repair and leave. He also assessed the rest of the plumbing in the condo and made recommendations as to small things that could be done that would potentially be big issues down the road. Very professional and well spoken. You definitely found a valuable employee with your company! Richard TerHaar

    Septic pump replacement

    Although there was an issue within the first month after the pump replacement it was completely fixed under warranty at no cost.
