    Kitchen sink tap was replaced.

    Kitchen faucet was leaking and it was replaced with another one and the leak was fixed.

    Plumbing

    The contractor was very helpful, friendly, thorough and provided great explanations for the work needed, as well as cost efficient alternatives where possible. Would definitely recommend.

    Furnace and plumbing annual inspection and maintenance

    Work apparently well done. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. I expressed wish for a more detailed summary of the important (and expensive) work performed but I forgot to ask for this again as Adam was leaving. I would like that request fulfilled please. In other words, I want more than tick marks on a home inspection sheet (which is all I have). A detailed invoice for my records would be nice, better than just a VISA sale slip.     Frozen water and sewer pipes

    Dylan was very prompt, kept me in the loop every step of the way and was extremely courteous and respectful to us and our home. As for now it seems as if they have done a great job and eliminated (fingers crossed) and further issues.

    Bathroom pipe leak.

    Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Trish was very helpful and accommodating on the phone. Brian was a real professional. Will definitely call again when the next plumbing problem strikes.

    Kitchen Sink

    Called The Gentleman Plumbers due to a backed up sink. Turns out the plumbing was not set up properly ( previous owners) and it contributed to our situation. We were given costs upfront, offered different options and kept informed throughout the whole process. Ali was very friendly, didn’t rush to get the job completed and we are extremely satisfied with the Job he did. We will call him in the future for any plumbing or heating needs we have.

    Main water inlet to domicile & water leaking from hot water heater

    I assumed I had frozen water pipes in my modular home. I was in a very stressed state of mind, & was very unsure as to whom I should call to help me. I had heard advertisements on the radio for the gentlemen plumbers & decided to take a gamble. I live 45 minutes northeast of Red Deer, & the woman on the other end of the phone call explained the callout procedure thoroughly before I agreed to have them come out. Then I recieved a call from a service representative to find out exactly what I thought may be wrong at which time I was reassured that they would be there promptly at 9 the next morning & would do their utmost to guide me through my dilemma. After receiving the phone call I was promised, upon their arrival I realized they were actually early. Before proceeding with the work, they asked if they may enter the house, whereby they explained what they would be doing, & again reassured me. After all was said & done, they did everything they could do to get water back into my home, however they were unsuccessful due to another issue. The two gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with conducted themselves with the utmost in professionalism, & treated a very grumpy old guy with respect, compassion & understanding. So much so that despite the high cost, which was all made known to me, I tipped the two guys with a coffee & doughnut, a very small token of my gratitude. They definately relieved a great deal of stress & gave me very valuable insight & information with regard to my nightmare, & possible things to be aware of in the future. Kudos gentlemen.

    Toilet repair

    I had a leaking toilet that the guys replaced for me. They also did an inspection and gave me recommendations.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Installer showed up on time, very professional, his work was extremely neat & tidy and very knowledge to explain entire process to us as well as start up sequence for new heater! Would definitely recommend and use them again!!!

    New furnace

    Arrived on schedule as planned, kept us up to speed, did not rush the job, answered any questions we had, overall great experience
