    Installation of Outdoor Lights

    I was originally shocked at what I thought was an outrageous estimate to install two motion detector lights outside my 98-year-old father’s house. I had already bought the lights so, for a simple straightforward job they charged me $89 to come out – and then $416 plus GST. After discussing my concern with the company, the issue was resolved when they offered me a partial rebate. They also offered me an incentive to use them again. I appreciate the great customer service!

    reviewing the electrical wiring associated with the furnaces.

    Mark checked on the electrical wiring relating to the furnaces to insure that the furnaces are functioning efficiently with respect to one another. Minor adjustments were made and both furnaces are functioning properly. Kale suggested that the wiring should be examined by your electrician.

    Tankless water heater

    Jason was our technician who worked tirelessly to get our new system up & running. I would say he went that extra mile for our family. I have had The Gentlemen Plumbers do 3 big jobs for me and I would highly recommend them for plumbing, heating or electrical. All the technicians we have had are true professionals.

    Old toilet removal, new one installed

    Randy was punctual, professional, he did the job quickly and neatly, I was very happy with the work he did. He made some recommendations that I will consider for future.

    Sewer Inspection Service

    Contracted for a sewer camera inspection before going ahead with the basement bathroom rebuild. Peter and Montie arrived on time and ready to go. They didn't mind my hovering and asking lots of questions, and went above and beyond for the next steps after inspection. Very knowledgeable and helpful, they also did a visual inspection on all powerplant equipment and electrical. I am a customer for life and would recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone seeking someone experienced, honest and responsive. Thanks again for the great experience; which you don't get to say often when speaking about sewers! :)

    Repair and Replace

    We were very happy with the service we received, from both the phone calls and the work by the plumber. He was professional, tidy, efficient and friendly. We appreciated the plumbing home inspection and the explainations. The service was completed prior to the scheduled day appointment.

    A low pressure review

    I have a loyalty subscription with The Gentleman Pros since my old house has a lot of issue and sometimes I need a pro fast. One of the benefits of the subscription is a yearly plumbing inspection so I can find out what's breaking before it breaks. Walter and Chris stopped by this year and were very friendly and professional. Due to my own anxieties, I expected to be getting a new hot water tank, but the showed me that mine is still working fine and I could save my money for another year. I was about to get a new toilet for my basement, however as the toilet is installed weirdly (on a platform with the wall recessed) they recommended that i source my own weirdly shaped toilet and they would install it later, so I wouldn't have to pay their markup in addition to installation costs. I did let them convince me into getting the Bio-Smart drain cleaner.

    Great service and excellent communication!

    We had a leaking pipe emergency. From dispatch to the service received we are very pleased and could not be happier. Dispatch advised they could not send anyone until the next day. Thankfully they were able to arrange service the day we called. Any mess or debris was cleaned up (they have their own vacuums). Required work, as it transpired was discussed and explained prior to the work being done. Thank you!

    AC install

    The Gentleman Pro’s were spectacular. Especially Kale who does plumbing, heating, AC, and Mark does Electrical. What a great team. Thanks for making my home cool so I can sleep comfortably.
