    Skylight and Roof Repair

    I had a roof ice-dam this winter, and decided to replace the old skylight at the same time as repairing the roof. City 1 was quick and to respond, reliable throughout the job and reasonable in price. The insurance company had a crew that originally missed the source of the leak, but I called City 1 and they had it diagnosed and repaired right away. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone else who needs reliable efficient roof service.

    New roof installation

    City1 Roof works installed a new roof for my friends' and at least two of their neighbours' two years ago. They are extremely satisfied with their works. So when I need a new roof, my friends strongly recommended this company to me. Danny answered all my questions when he did the estimate and in all the follow up emails. Fast and professional replies made me feel confident and confortable working with this company.The entire crew did a great job. My new roof looks so beautiful. I'll give 10 out of 10 to them and definitely recommend this company to my friends. Thanks.

    Roof

    Our builders roof was 16 years old and I noticed a shingle on the ground after a windy day. I called around for a few quotes after reviewing businesses on Home Stars. Within a few days, Danny came out, completed an inspection, took measurements and provided a detailed quote at a fair price. He had all the company licensing and insurance with him which is very important when hiring a contractor and also reassuring. The work was completed within 6 weeks, the crew put tarps out around the house to minimize dirt and debris and cleaned up afterward. We are very happy with our new roof.

    Roof replacement

    Three years ago we called City 1 Roof Works for an estimate on replacing our roof. Several other companies gave us estimates but Danny suggested we could probably get a few more years out of our roof if we repaired one specific area. We took his advice and made the small repair and held on to Danny's contact information. Three years later, we used City 1 Roof Works to finally replace the entire roof. They were punctual, quick and efficient and did a great job...right down to cleaning up after roof was completed. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend this company (in particular Danny, Chuck and the team) to anyone needing a new roof. Thanks again!

    Roof replacement

    Excellent work and professional management. Danny promptly replied to my emails including coming to provide an estimate, was very receptive to our questions and provided correct answers. The crew was spectacular, everything was exactly how they found it (including our solar lights). And most important, the roof looks great!

    Roofing

    I was worried about my roof after the bad winter we had, We contacted Roofs on Homes and got a same day service to check our roof. Chuck came over and found a few things that needed attention. After getting the parts he needed, he fixed all the items of concern and then some. There were some items that did not have to do with the roof itself, but yet he took the time to fix those as well. I would recommend Roofs on Homes to anyone that needs roofing service. Great job.

    Re-shingle the entire house

    Danny, Chuck and the entire crew were great from start to finish. No issue with communications and timely replies. Answered any questions we had. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They started on time early in the morning. They clean up like no others. I have seen many other companies who did the roofs on my street. No one cleaned up like these guys!!!! My driveway is actually cleaner after they finished the job than before... They did a great job on the roof, my neighbour and I are very happy with Roofs on Homes and our new roofs. Would recommend these guys at any time... Summary: * VERY PROFESSIONAL * FRIENDLY * SKILLFUL * EXCELLENT QUALITY * ON-TIME (I don't normally like to post pictures of our house, but I have to show what kind of job they have done to our roofs!!!)

    Roof Replacement

    These guys were a very pleasant surprise. From my initial request for a quote to the finished work everything they did was punctual, professional and very thorough. When Danny arrived to give me a quote he spent well over an hour on my roof doing a very thorough evaluation, and then he explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. From all the tradespeople I've dealt with over the years, (and I've dealt with a great many) this crew was by far the best. Their communication before, during and after the job was exceptional, and the job they did on my roof was first rate ... actually they went above and beyond by fixing small things that I hadn't known needed repairing. When they completed the job they left my home and yard in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Danny, Chuck, Norm, Trevor ... the entire crew were a pleasure to hire.

    roof

    Professional, affordable, nice, the crew really did an amazing job, from prep, to roof, to cleanup and finishing they were on time, communication was not an issue. Good job! We love our roof.

    Roofing

    I needed to re-shingle and re-sheath my roof and improve the ventilation of my attic. Roofs on Homes was one of the companies recommended via a colleague involved in insurance claims. Danny came out, completed an inspection and provided a detailed quote at a fair price. Danny also had all the company licencing and insurance in order which is very important when hiring a contractor. I received other quotes that were higher but the reviews on Home Stars sealed the deal and turned out to be accurate.. Danny was very prompt and great at keeping me updated on the schedule and progress of work. A few adjustments including types of roof vents and colour-matched flashing were easily accommodated. Chuck and the crew were friendly. They efficiently completed the job. They cleaned up exceptionally well, leaving the property without a trace of construction materials or garbage. The roof looks great inside and out! Thank you Danny, Chuck and the rest of the crew for another great job!
