    New Roofing & Eavestrough

    We had several estimates for a new roof, but at the end we decided to go with City One Roof Works; glad we did that. They were not the least expensive but we were very pleased with the service provided by Danny and his crew with our new installation. Danny provided copies of his up-to-date insurance, workers compensation, as well as a written guarantee. The job was done in time and they cleaned up after that. No mess left behind at all. The eaves troughs were also replaced (this was done trough Danny as well) and that job was well done as well. I would definitely recommend this company too any homeowner.

    Roof Replacement

    I recently had my Mississauga home roof replaced by Roofs on Homes, Danny and his crew did excellent job, I am so glad that I had Danny's team worked on our roof. His crew are experienced, professional, got job done well and clean. Right after the roof replaced, we had pouring rain, and no problem at all on our new roof. I highly recommend Roofs on Homes to your future roof replacement! Great Job Danny and your team!

    Roofing

    We got several quotes to replace our asphalt roof. Danny gave us a detailed breakdown on what will be done and explained how they will do it. Roof-on-Homes is the only company that provided us copies of Business Licence, Certificate of Insurance and WSIB Number. Although they did not have the lowest quote, but Danny convinced us and my neighbour that they were the best team. We were not disappointed when the installation team arrived. They seemed to know what to do and worked smoothly together under the leadership of Chucky. They covered everything and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

    Roofing

    We recently had the roof on our Mississauga home replaced by Roofs on Homes, and I would like share with readers that Danny and the team were professional, respectful, diligent, and very detailed in ensuring the job was completed to our satisfaction. In our first meeting Danny provided us with detail on the company, the teams workmanship, and the product. Danny took the time to answer all of our questions during first meeting. On installation day Chuck and the team conducted themselves in a very professional and diligent manner, and workmanship and attention to detail was reflected in the end product. (note: tarps laid out around the perimeter of the home, plywood sheets placed over windows, and garage door to protect from potential falling debris.) All of this confirmed that we made the correct decision in selecting Roofs on Homes to replace our roof (note: we had several companies provide quotes but none as professional, open and detailed as Roofs on Homes). This organization stands by their workmanship with a 15 workmanship warranty. Thank you to Danny and the entire team for your professionalism, and detailed workmanship on our roof.

    Roof replacement

    After getting quotes from 10+ contractors and researching as much as I could about what is involved in a great roofing job, I decided to hire Danny and his crew at City 1 Roof works. I was not disappointed. Danny was THE ONLY contractor to go up on my roof before giving me his recommendations. He sat down with me, went over all of the details and options available to me and explained the necessities vs. the luxuries of a new roof. I felt very confident making my decisions knowing what all the different products offered. Danny even came back a second time to drop off shingle samples from me to pick a colour. The warranty offered through the manufacturer and through City 1 Roof Works is fantastic. It shows that the installer is willing to back up their work and ensure the home owner is taken care of. Chuck and the crew came by the home before I even left for work early in the morning. They were kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves BOTH days they were here. This included tarps, magnetic broom and a power vacuum to top it off. The roof looks FANTASTIC!! nicest one on the street (some neighbours used other products). We've also had a month with some serious downpours (over 50 mm reported in one day) and I'm happy to say there are NO leaks and no issues of any kind. As an FYI - I got the complete manufacturer package, and added a drip edge Great job, Danny and team! Would/will recommend to everyone!

    New roof

    Danny, of Roofs on Homes, provided a timely response for my request for a quote for a seriously leaking roof. The July 8 storm/flood caused leaking that had damaged multiple ceilings in my home. He provided a very reasonable quote, superior to several others and carefully detailed. Certainteed shingles were used and the installation met or exceeded the manufacturer's requirements for warranty coverage. Happily for me, Danny and his team made an exceptional effort to squeeze in my job by working over a Saturday and Sunday in his busiest season! The crew outdid themselves in their attention to details in brutally hot temperatures of 90 degrees plus. The cleanup was very thorough. The very best outcome to my unanticipated roofing disaster.

    New roof

    Right from the very first meeting with Danny from Roofs on Homes(City 1 Roof Works) it was clear that this company knows their stuff and are serious about delivering exceptional service. Danny took his time to inspect our roof thoroughly, his assesment of the roof condition was precise and he offered several options for the re-roofing. We have spent quite some time discussing the different options for the materials from underlayment, to shingles and venting. He ensured that we understood what needs to be done and what is the most appropriate material/part. Once we have decided to give the job to Roofs on Homes, Danny provided us with addresses of homes in our area where we could see different shingle colors so we can make the right decission for our home. On the day of re-roofing, the workers arrived early and were pretty much finished by end of the day. There was a light drizzle towards the end of the day so the forman of the crew decided that he will come another day to finish parts of caulking because it will stick better to dry shingles. He came on Sunday and finished the job. Also, the crew noticed a gap between the house wall and garage part of the roof and installed a new 2x4 in there to better support the shingles. The builder didn't care about the gap but Roofs on Homes crew did! Once all the work was done, one of the roofers spent a good half an hour cleaning up with a magnetic broom and another roofer used the a blower/vacuum to remove the dust from our deck. With the tarps all around the deck, it was all clean when the crew left. The whole crew has shown a great attention to detail and they have gone above and beyond of simply re-roofing. I can recommend this company to anyone for their roofing needs.

    Total Roof Shingle Replacement

    City 1 Roof Works (Roofs on Homes) did a great job replacing my old and weather-worn roof. I had no idea the roof was in such bad shape when I asked Danny to inspect. There were many shingles missing and the exposed plywood was starting to rot, so Danny moved his schedule around to accommodate me as quickly as possible. His friendly team arrived early, worked very hard all day, and had the job completed without any hassles in one day. Good preparation, and very good clean-up work afterwards, and mindful of any debris on neighbours’ properties as well. Fast and competent. I recommend Roofs on Homes highly.     New Roof

    I read numerous reviews from this site, contacted several roofing companies and ended up with 5 estimates. To my surprise, 3 "reputable" companies said they would call me back to arrange an appointment, but didn't and 1 company didn't even show up for their appointment. I decided on Danny from City 1 because I wanted to go with a quality roofer. I found him to be honest and straight forward. He didn't try to up-sell me. On the day of installation, Chuck and his crew arrived on time as promised and worked throughout the day, finishing the job by dinner time. They were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. They laid tarps all around my house protecting my bushes and patio furniture which couldn't be moved. I was most impressed with their thorough clean up effort. They spent a long time picking up debris from my yard as well as my neighbors. I half jokingly said to my wife that the yard looks cleaner than before the roofers arrived. I highly recommend them.

    new roof shingles

    we recently had our brampton townhouse roof shingles replaced by Roofs on Homes and first spoke to Danny which he explaned and answered all of our questions what needed to be done we felt confident that they would be the right guys for the job so we went ahead and 2 weeks later we had an A+ job done from start to finish. Thanks Danny and your crew for an excellent job done .
