    New Plywood and Shingles.

    It doesn't get much better than this! Roof was leaking, needed shingles.... Called 3 roofing companys.... Got 3 quotes.... One quote put in my mailbox, the second was a guy that said all roofs are the same, And the 3rd quote was from City 1 Roof Works. Danny from City 1 Roof Works came into our home and discussed our roof with us. He discussed the options that we should consider.to get the best roof possible within our budget. Now, I have to tell you that I am not one to write about how good someone did. However, you will be impressed with this crew. Any changes I wanted done throughout the day were no problem for any of these gentlemen. A crew of 5 finished my roof in one day. Not only shingles but also they put up 33 sheets of plywood. So basically the upper roof was completely re-done. if you are thinking of your roof give Danny a call from City 1 Roof Works. You won't be disappointed.

    New Roofing

    I would highly recommend Danny and his team as they did an excellent job with great detail. I found Danny to be honest, reliable and an individual who takes great pride in his work. Danny adhered to every item we requested including replacing down pipes and installing a solar vent. My wife and I were really impressed with the clean up they performed at the end of each day and to date we have only found three nails! This is remarkable for a 3100 Sq Ft. home and the pricing was competitive for CertainTeed Landmark 50 Year shingles.

    New Roof

    Danny runs his business with honesty and integrity. This is no fly-by-night company. Danny is in it for the long haul and he understands how to build a successful business. His crew is friendly and polite and they did a great job on our roof. I highly recommend City 1 Roof Works.

    Roof Replacement

    Found Danny and City 1 through our concierge service at work. Danny took the time to answer all our questions, and we are very impressed with the work. Would definitely recommend City 1 to anyone who is looking for roof repairs or replacements - they made sure the job was done right and thoroughly cleaned the property. When I returned from my trip for work the only evidence they had been here was the beautiful new roof.

    New Roof

    Danny and his crew did an amazing job and he was able to accomodate me on a short notice. They beat the competition in price and workmanship. Our neighbours used one of the popular competitors and the job was sloppy compared to ours. Every last piece od debris was cleaned up by the crew and the property was cleaned to perfection. The crew was courteous and I will applaud them for working non stop in the blistering mid thirty degree heat to finish the job on time.

    New Roof, Skylights

    Danny and his crew were very professional. The service was fast and they cleaned up after the work was complete. They did a great job installing the new skylights. I would highly recommend City1 to anyone that is looking to have their roof re-done. I received quotes from at least 5 other roofing companies and Danny was by far the most reasonably priced and most professional of them all. Thanks for the great work Danny!

    Roof Replacement

    I was very impressed with these guys. The work was done very well. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were punctual and cleaned up their mess very well.

    Roof Replacement

    Danny was very helpful and informative. He cautioned us about problems with another shingle that another roofing company quoted us on (which I also confirmed on the internet). He was able to do the job in a very timely manner. He even took pictures of the work in progress, which was a great touch since we're not able to go up to the roof to see what's being done. Overall, we were very happy with the work Danny and his team did for us!

    my roof needed replacement ASAP due to a serious leak. It was done in a very timely manner.

    City 1 did a great job on my roof! It looks great, any outdoor items that needed to be moved out of the way were moved back to their original location and, except for the lovely new roof, you would not have known anyone had done such a large job on my property The clean up was very good. The pricing was fair, the workmen pleasant. When weather, oh our August rains, held up the install I was called ahead of time. Great job. Should I ever move and need another roof I will call Danny again.

    Roof Replacement

    Our roof began to leak this summer. I contacted many roofing companies and city 1 was the only company that mentioned a repair was even possible. Immediately I knew they were honest and trustworthy. The repair was complete and we were placed in que for a total roof replacement. Unfortunately with the heavy raifall our roof began to leak again and Danny moved us up and did the job at once for us. He truly protected our family from the harsh elements and we were able to sleep in peace again. Thanks Danny!
