Alan came to my parents house. They knew they had windows leaking, and had called someone in before who could not find the issue. Alan was able to come in, assess the issue, and suggest a fabulous handyman who was able to come and help us with all of our problems in a cost effective way! We would definitely use or refer AllMax again for all of our home inspection needs!

Alan Glushko was extremely professional during the two home inspections he completed and was more than willing to answer any questions asked. Alan met me at a townhome I was to purchase for inspection. His report was that there were no major problems with the home. We went ahead with the purchase only to discover during renovations a couple weeks after taking possession that the home has Kitec plumbing that no reputable plumber will touch other than for removal. I will have to replace to plumbing in the entire home costing approx 20000. Had Alan done his job I would have negotiated plumbing replacement to the purchase price or not gone ahead with the sale. His neglect is causing me HUGE problems. The plumbing was visible right under both upstairs sinks to the naked eye. I do NOT recommend This company, his report included the plumbing and he still didn't point it out and when I called he said if he had seen it it would have been "an immediate red flag" and that it must have been concealed in the walls... but it is visible in two bathrooms under the sink! We will be going to legal route to deal with this matter

Alan was very thorough with the inspection and worked meticulously from the outside in. He flagged anything that was going to be a major expense up front, what would affect normal living conditions, and what could come up in the future. The best part was his brutal honesty when assessing the property which is something I certainly appreciated and what you really want from any inspector.

Alan and his team stepped up at the eleventh hour to help our family avoid making what could have been a very costly mistake. From our initial outreach through extensive home inspection report (a mere 24hrs later) he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and direct. No sugar coating potential issues or their associated costs. We didn't take the investment lightly, especially without knowing whether we'd even have a chance to buy the house, but as first time home buyers I can comfortably say this was 110% money well spent. While our house hunt continues we will keep Alan and his team in our back pocket to give us the peace of mind only an expert can provide before making what will be our largest purchase to date. Highly recommend.

Had a home inspection to identify areas of the house that needed attention before conducting renovations. Alan responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours of filling out the online contact form, and was on site earlier than the appointed time a couple of days later. It was a learning experience for me to walk around the house with him. Alan is very knowledgeable and identified many areas that needed to be repaired that I did not consider or notice before and gave a priority listing at the end of the inspection. We finished well ahead of the scheduled time, but did not feel rushed or that anything within scope on the property was not covered. A detailed report with pictures followed a couple days after the inspection and will be kept as a key resource moving forward. I'm very thankful for this insightful and valuable experience.

Alan was early and had already started the exterior inspection of the property before my arrival. He was very thorough and showed me in detail the areas of concern throughout the process. I felt very comfortable with his explanations. He was great!

Home inspectors are like health insurance -- you're tempted to cut corners here, but you really should spend the money to get it done . Allan was amazing he was very honest, welcoming and he made this whole Process effortless. As a first time home buyer he was able to walk through everything with us. I usually don't leave reviews however Alan was amazing I highly recommended him.

I contacted Alan at Allmax who immediately booked an appointment to help us with inspecting our home for the 30 day inspection. Upon arrival Alan presented himself in a professional manner and went right to work. He took his time and inspected every area in and outside our house. He was thorough, effecient, knowledgeable and very personable. He identified areas of concern and explained what those areas should look like and what needs to be completed. At the end of the inspection, he provided us with next steps and reminded us about the importance of voicing our concerns with our builder. He emailed our 30 day report in a timely manner and with detailed comments about the deficiencies in our home. I can definately say that Alan reduced our stress and educated us about our new home. The only thing that I would like to mention is that I wish Alan wrote more things down or took pictures of some of the issues to makesure that our concerns are documented. Overall great experience! I would recommend him!
