Tarion 1 year inspection
Alan was so professional, he carefully walk through every corner of the house both inside and outside. He pointed out so many issues that need to be fixed which I never can think of.

Home Inspection
As a first time home buyer I felt confident that Alan Glushko was looking out for my best interest. He provided sound insight and advice during the inspection and no question was a "stupid" question.

Pre Purchase Home Inspection
Allan was punctual, professional and thorough. He approach was unbiased and realistic. His inspection report have me the basis to walk away from what could have been a costly home buying experience. I look forward to working with him again.

Pre Purchase Inspection
Allan came and did a pre purchase home inspection for us. I was very impressed with his overall approach to his inspections and was extremely pleased with the very thorough report i received later the same day. I would use Allan again and would recommend him to anybody looking for a home inspector.

Home inspection
Alan of AllMax met us on time at the home we were inspecting for purchase, then swiftly and courteously walked us through the property. He explained every wall, element, and crack as well as answered each question we had. He provided helpful guidance about the severity of each repair or improvements. It was a delight to work with him and we'll recommend him again to any others.

Home Inspection
Alan from Allmax was amazing to work with. He is very professional and insanely thorough. He is truly invested in ensuring his clients make the right decision. I can't imagine having used another company. I highly recommend Allmax to all potential home buyers. Alan is worth his weight in gold.

Pre purchase home inspection
Called Alan yesterday to schedule a home inspection for today morning. He glad fully agreed to come and arrived this morning at time. Alan is very knowledgeable in home inspection and even gave me the estimates for the small things that need to be fixed. Just got my report by 5 pm,thr same day. Thanks for help. I recommend!

Assess Leak
Alan came out to my house to assess a leak and was extremely professional and thorough. He was punctual, thoughtful and to the point. He provided me with a solution to remedy the problem and recommended a great company and specific contact to call to get this job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Alan and AllMax.
