    House Inspection

    Alan was very courteous, professional and helpful throughout the whole process - from the initial email response to the home visit! We would definitely recommend him for future inspections! Thanks, Alan for all of your advice and recommendations!

    inspection house

    Not good quality. I found them online with good reviews, but the post many crack and quality bad.

    home inspection

    I had Alan conduct my inspection over a year ago. I was happy with the inspection and the whole process. I felt like I was treated well and recieved a very professional inspection report. Over the past year I have had work done in my home and the contractors found a few things that should have been noted during the inspection. At first I didn't fault Alan as they were difficult to see, but now that I've completed all the work and listed all the extras and missing items I had to pay for, I felt it important to update my review. Had I known about the extra electrical, plumbing and ventilation issues I would have asked for a lower purchase price for my home. To sum it up, the inspection should have helped me identify these larger issues and this has left me disappointed in my overall experience with Allmax. I will pay extra to get a more complete inspection next time

    Home inspection

    I had my home inspection with Alan a few weeks ago, I finally have time to write up the review I am very pleased to have Alan to do the home inspection for us. He is professional, knows everything inside out. Alan is very patient and takes a lot of time to explain every detail to me. I am highly recommend Alan, as he is not only point out existing issues on the house, but also listing out the potential issues that will happen on the house a few years later. Thanks Alan for your great job!

    New Home Inspection

    Excellent job. Specifically requested Alan for a reason. Expert advise and completely efficient and thourough. Went through the house top to bottom and now feel comfortable with our purchase. Would definitely reccomend. Thanks Alan!

    Purchase of Home - Inspection

    I contacted Alan and within a couple hours he returned my phone call and was able to schedule our inspection within one days notice. When we arrived to what is now our new home, Alan was on time and ready to get started immediately. Alan walked us through every step of the inspection, providing us with great insight into every aspect of the home and its condition. The inspection was thorough, not rushed but time efficient and very informative. Within hours of our inspection we received a detailed report via email with photos and recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend Alan and ALLMAX and thank him for all of his hard work and dedication.

    House Inspection

    We were very pleased with Alan's inspection. He was polite and informative throughout the process, explaining everything he found as well as their potential causes and implications. At the end of the inspection, Alan was open to any questions we had and did his best to answer them. He was objective in his observations, and helped give us an idea of how to prioritize each issue he found. He gave his opinion on the potential causes of each issue, how to resolve it, and what potential extra work may need to be done to prevent them from recurring. Alan also let us know which issues were less urgent, with time estimates for how long they could wait if we wanted to prioritize other fixes first. Once the inspection was complete, Alan sent us a full report of his findings. Nothing in his report came as a surprise, as he had already walked us through all of the issues he found in person.

    Home inspection

    Allan is great! Very educated and informative! Was very happy with the inspection as well as the report! He was also available if we had any questions and I would absolutely recommend his services!

    home inspection

    AllMax (Alan) was recommended to us through our real estate agent. Alan was punctual, thorough in his inspection and his report was very comprehensive. I've used various home inspectors in the past, all of which have been good, but have never been made to feel as involved in the inspection as much as Alan had. He went through the entire house, inside and out and explained everything as we went along (the good and bad). He advised what we fix ourselves and/or the approximate cost of having a professional do it. I would highly recommend AllMax to anyone looking for a home inspection company.

    Home inspection

    I called and was quoted $400 for an inspection. We scheduled it for the following Thursday. However, due to a once-in-a-blue-moon type snafu, they got the date wrong. When I called them up on Thursday, Allan was very apologetic about the mix-up and offered the service for free for the following day. What I appreciated most was how quickly they admitted the error was on their side and immediately offered the recompense. The inspection itself was very thorough as well. I definitely did not feel that they took any shortcuts because it was a free service.
