Our experience with Alan was nothing short of excellent. He is professional, courteous very knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. He was punctual and thorough, well prepared, organized, and patient, welcoming our questions throughout the inspection and providing advice. All of that makes him sound robotic, that was not the case, he was engaging with a wonderful sense of humour. We received our digital written report as promised and on time. AllMax provided us with a very thorough inspection of our new house. The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable and spent the time to explain all issues. His report was also very well organized and a very quick turn around.

Alan did an excellent job to inspect my next house. He found a lot of issues and give me many professional recommendations. He check the house carefully and took a lot of photos. And he provides a very detail report with a lot of house photo. And it also includes a very detail description of the problems and the recommendations. I highly recommend him.

Alan was very accommodating to my schedule. He was on time, and performed a thorough inspection of our future home, explaining every detail of his findings as we went through the house. He found a number of problems that we could definitely not found by ourselves. He also prepared the TARION PDI form for us so we did not even had to.

I emailed AllMax Inspections via Homestars in the middle of the night not expecting a reply until the following day. To my surprise within a few moments Alan returned my email and answered all of my questions. During the inspection he gave us valuable advice and pointed out items that we never would have thought to look for. His report saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you Alan!
