Air Quality Testing
Alan from Allmax Home Inspection came to my home to do the post remediation air quality tesing. I have a sensitivity to mould which resulted in a severe skin rash and I needed to ensure that the mould had been properly removed. On Alan's first visit to my home, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and he spent time answering all my questions. Since I had grave concerns about the proper protocols not being followed by the Remediation Company, he inspected the work that was done and shared his observations with me. The Air Quality Results were submitted to me within 2 business days. The first air quality test did not pass and Alan provided me with his recommendations that highlighted what needed to be redone by the Remediaton Company.. The Remediation Company had difficulty removing the mould which meant I had to have 2 additonal air quality tests done before I was able to get a pass. Through this whole process, Alan supported me in working to resolve the problems with the Remediation Company. He always responded quickly to my emails and pretty much held my hand from start to finish. I can not thank him enough for all his support. Allmax Home Inspection company is a rare find...I highly recommend them.
