    Pre-purchase Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with the home inspection that Alan conducted for me. To begin with, he asked me what areas were of major concern for me. While he was meticulous in inspecting all aspects of the home inspection, he made special effort to answer my areas of concerns. The time spent with Alan was educative for me as a home owner and I came away confident about the home I was buying. He also went the extra mile by providing me information on the vendors that I could contact for the repairs. His follow-up on my remaining questions over the next couple of days was exceptional, via phone, email and text. Thanks Alan!

    home inspection

    Allmax provided exceptional service. The insepctor was very thorough during the inspection and was very knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone, as they truly helped me make a sound decision in buying.

    Home Inspection

    We purchased a new home in Newmarket. Our real estate agent referred us to Alan at AllMax Home Inspection. Alan arrived promptly and did an excellent job. He spent a great deal of time looking at both the interior and exterior, and walked us through the inside and outside of the home afterwards to discuss it all. He was professional in manner, and pleasant to work with. Alan was able to send us a thorough 50 page inspection report which was sent via email directly afterwards. The report was detailed and gives us a clear idea of the scope of our new home. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Alan!

    Home Inspection

    We were looking for a home inspector to look at a house on financing condition and very last minute. We looked up the referrals our agents gave us on Homestars and they did not receive positive reviews. After calling around we were provided with a contact at AllMax. We had Michael, and he was amazing. He was early for the appointment, easy to talk to and very thorough. He answered all of our questions and used discretion as the seller was also with us throughout the whole review. We received the report later that evening and it was very detailed with pictures, just as he promised. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Mike arrived on time. Took over 2 hours looking through the 3400 square foot house. Explained everything in detail. Sent me a digital report with pictures at the end with maintenance and remedy recommendations if required. If you are very emotional about your purchase and don't want to hear that anything is wrong with your house - then don't go with these guys. If you want to find every little problem with potential solutions. Then Allmax is great. Price included thermal scan.

    Home inspection

    I'm a first home buyer so I had not much idea on what to expect from a home inspection. My agent recommended Alan. He arrived early than expected and start the inspection right away. I learnt a lot from him, he was honest and patient answering all my questions. The report he sent me afterwards is complete and easy to read. I highly recommend Alan to anyone who needs a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I'm a first time home buyer so I knew nothing about home inspection. My agent recommended Alan I went along with the recommendation. He arrived ahead of schedule (which was very good for me) and did a thorough inspection for the house. I learnt a lot from him throughout this process, he was honest in his assessments, was very patient and answered all my questions. The report he sent me afterwards with all the pictures he took put everything in perspective. I will advise anyone to read the full report as it is easy to forget some details about the inspection. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone who needs a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    We are first time home buyers and we were referred to Alan by our real estate agent. As a condition of our offer, we only had three days to complete our inspection. Alan accommodated us with his busy schedule and was very patient throughout the whole process. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. He even taught us some tricks to keep the home in great shape for years for come. His report was incredibly thorough and was delivered within hours of the inspection. We would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again in future home purchases.

    Pre Purchase Home Inspection

    My fiancé and I were referred to Alan by our realtor for the inspection of our first home together. Alan was very friendly, accommodating and professional. We were able to get the inspection done on very short notice, and Alan was able to provide us with a very detailed inspection report within a few hours of the completion of his inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Alan from AllMax Inspection assisted us with inspecting a home that we were very interested in purchasing. Allan was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his observations to us. There were many things that Alan pointed out to us that we would not have otherwise known, including asbestos and how to safely have it removed. We were definitely feeling more informed and prepared about the potential purchase as the inspection progressed. At the end of the inspection, even though the entrance to the attic was partially obstructed, Alan entered it and discovered that the attic was covered in mould. As a result of the mould infested attic, we decided not to make an offer to purchase the property. We are very thankful for Alan’s inspection. We will definitely be using Alan again and would recommend him to others.
