    Home Inspection

    Allan performed 2 home inspections for us in the space of just over 1 week. His first home inspection revealed several significant deficiencies which I did not see and I am an avid DIYer. The seller was unwilling to remedy these deficiencies and in hindsight Allan's home inspection probably saved us over $20k in additional home repairs as we walked away from the home purchase. His second home inspection was equally admirable and he detected a deficiency within the master ensuite bathroom. We were able to negotiate a price reduction with the seller for this deficiency and the purchase was agreed upon. Allan is very knowledgeable and is a quality home inspector whom I would not hesitate in recommending. His inspection reports are quite thorough and includes supporting information, digital pictures, and clear details of noted deficiencies.

    Home Inspection

    We hired Alan from AllMax to do a home inspection on a renovated bungalow purchased with a home inspection condition. We found Alan to be knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to work with. He produced a report quickly and we had lots of time to negotiate an amendment to the contract asking the Seller to fix all the deficiencies found by Alan. Alan even helped us with the wording of the amendment so that we were fully covered. Now that we bought the property we will be hiring AllMax again to do a Pre-Listing inspection on our house before we put it up for sale. Thank you. Maggie from Mississauga

    Inspection

    I had a great experience with these guys a few years back. They checked over a home in Mississauga that I was potentially going to purchase but they uncovered a few issues which I completely overlooked. In the end it helped me make a sound decision to not purchase the home. But had it not been for the extra help I'm not sure what the outcome would have been. I was very pleased with the clear, unbiased, and honest assessment given to me.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a reliable home inspector who I could trust. I originally called a different company for my property and there were issues in trying to get someone to service my area. I waited a few days and they were un-able to get back to me. Under pressure, I researched Homestars and saw all the reviews of Alan. I gave Alan a call and he was extremely accommodating with the date, time, and location of my inspection. He was extremely easy to deal with. Alan did a through inspection of my Condo and while doing so, he gave me numerous tips and advice to maintain and prevent any accidents from occurring. He noticed things that I would have never thought to check out and informed me of key things that a first time home buyer should know. His rate was fair and I was happy with the report he sent me as it was very detailed. I had a great experience with Alan, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a property inspected. The reviews on this site are definitely true! He's one of the best.

    People are always taken back that we also inspect Condo's. There is still plenty to look at and at the end of the day, as you mentioned, there is the educational aspect where the client learns how to operate the unit and is given component lifecycle expectations.     Home inspection

    Did a home inspection on a "fixer upper" that we were purchasing. We knew about many of the issues, but Allan found a few hidden ones that enabled us to go back to the seller and knock $5000 off the price. Spending $450 to save $5000 sounds like a good deal to me.

    Home Inspection

    I would definitely recommend Allan after my home inspection. Buying property can be very intimidating and as a first time home buyer, I definitely needed to feel I was making the right choice. Allan was very through, answering all our questions and taking us step by step through the entire house, inside and out. And the report he supplied was very detailed, highlighting which potential issues might need immediate attention and which may be postponed. I felt reassured at the end of the process that we can move into our new home without having to worry about unexpected surprises.

    home inspection

    I got the opportunity to meet and work with Allan through our real estate shabir kudrati from M.R.S Realty inc. And let me tell you I was not disappointed. As first time home buyers, it was essential we find someone trustworthy and honest.and we found that in Allan. I was impressed with his professionalism and integrity.     Home Inspection

    We contacted Allan because we had read many excellent online reviews about AllMax Home Inspection. Allan certainly did not disappoint us. He spent a long time with my family and I going through every current and potential problem with our house. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and Allan took time to answer them all clearly. He provided a thorough written report on the same day as the inspection. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided and would absolutely recommend him to everyone we know who is buying a house.

    home inspection

    Alan is very knowledgeable. Gave us quite a tour and pointed out potential and existing problems. He is very personable and good with kids if they happen to tag along. He identified a few serious issues which really helped us make the right decision. He also sent us a detailed report (55 pages!!!) that outlined all the issues and recommendations in an extremely timely manner (same day). I would without a doubt recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.
