    Home inspection

    I selected AllMax from HomeStar because it was rated as the best in town, and thus its service has supersedes its reputation. Alan was the inspector who provided us a thorough inspection on our property for warranty purposes and it was undoubtedly educational. He has examined every inch of the house in scrutinized detail and he would provide to me the most comprehensive explanation on the issue in concern. I am very satisfied with his service and I have learned a lot on how to spot any future issue since I've been educated by a very dedicated professional. I will definitely recommend AllMax (Alan) to my friends and especially my neighbours who will be in-need of an inspector very soon for their properties on the same street.

    Home Inspection

    Very thorough, provided an awful lot of insight about the structural elements and things to look out for in a home. Alan was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very amicable and did not hesitate to answer the questions we had. We did not have a lot of questions though, as he did not leave margin for us to ask many questions - that's how detailed and thorough he was. First time home buyers? You've got to call Alan.

    My jobs is always to make sure my clients fully understand and if that means slowing down, repeating myself or answering extra questions that why I am there. The house is ones biggest investment and I can fully appreciate the nerves and anxiety that comes along with such a purchase. Especially for first time home buyers who don't know even where to begin.     Home inspection

    Couldn't be happier with Alan and his thorough and professional services. Will be using him again as we continue to find our first home. (The first inspection was well worth the purchase, as we found a multitude of problems that made us walk away and continue our search) Alan was very friendly, on time and extremely professional. Even my mother in law was impressed by him, that's saying something. Thanks for looking out for us!

    home inspection

    Inspection

    Alan is straight-forward, clear and knowledge. During the inspection he explained what he was doing and why. When explaining the results of the tests he offered practical advice and recommended next steps. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    Alan from AllMax was amazing! His inspection & report was very thorough. He is clearly an expert in his field. Alan took extra time to educate us during his inspection so that we could understand all his findings. We will be sure to use Alan & AllMax Inspection for all our future property inspections.

    Condo Inspection

    Saw the reviews on Homestars and decided to go with AllMax. Just like the reviews, Alan was fantastic. He was on time and ready to go. Alan explained how the inspection would work beforehand, pointed out very important issues which needed to be addressed and wasn't afraid to get dirty. He by far the most helpful person we have encountered throughout our first time home buyer situation. Would recommend going with AllMax to all my family and friends without hesitation.

    Home Inspection

    We contacted AllMax Home Inspection as we referred to them from our friends who had just used them to purchase their new home. Aside from being on time, Alan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the components of what he was looking for. He let us know of the problem areas and what we needed to do to fix them along with a very useful report at the end of the day. He was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable with the thousand questions we asked him. I would not hesitate to refer Alan to my friends and colleagues in the future. Thank you Alan for making us literally "Feel at home" :)

    Home inspection

    Alan was recommended by my agent, and I was extremely pleased to have him to inspect a house that I was intending to purchase after his service. Alan was not only knowledgeable to find issues around the house, but he also educated me how to fix and maintain those issues in words that I could understand, considering that I had minimal knowledge of home maintenance since it was my first home purchasing. Also, Alan has been very professional, and he was very thorough during the inspection without missing to check a small little thing, such as a power outlet in order to make sure that everything in the house was in order and functioning. I am glad to run across him during my first home purchase, and I would not hesitate to call him if I purchase another property in the future.

    Pre purchase inspection

    Allmax was on time, professional and thorough and Alan explained things in language I could understand. The follow up was prompt and well presented. I would recommend them without hesitation. A very positive experience.
