I had Alan of AllMax complete my inspection and what a fantastic job he did. I found a property that suited my family’s needs and was very pleased with what I saw from my initial visits. I met Alan on site and mentioned what my goals were, where my budgets were and given that it was an much older property that I want him to go through the house with a fine tooth comb. He did exactly what I asked for and then some, from crawling under very low decks to climbing a tall peaked roof top he left no stone unturned. There was a pre-listing report from a huge, well known inspection firm already done, but it seemed too perfect. After following Alan around step by step we discovered so many huge defects, from fire and water damages, structural leaning to extensive electrical problems, that had I purchased the home based on the initial report, it would have totally bankrupted my family. I owe a HUGE thanks to Alan for saving my life on this one. Not only did he impress with the inspection, but he trained me along the way so I am better prepared when starting my search the next time.
