    Home Ispection

    AllMax was recommended by our real estate agent and we could not have been happier with the service we received. We only had three days from the accepted offer to sign off on the home inspection; AllMax was able to squeeze us in for the inspection but still spent the time to go over everything in a lot of detail. In addition we were able to get the report back the same day and they were available to answer any questions that came up so we could feel confident about signing off on the inspection waiver in time for our house to close. We would definitely recommend them.

    Home Inspecion

    Michael did my home inspection before I purchased my first house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff. I liked that he not only inspected my new home, but also took the time to explain home maintenance to me. Would highly recommend.

    Home Inspection

    I recommend Alan as a home inspector. He covers all items to be inspected and show you every defect your property has and how to provide a repair with its cost.

    Home Inspection

    Allan was so understanding when we had to keep changing our appointment time in trying to co-ordinate between bank/sellers/agent. When we were finally able to go ahead, he came quickly and on time. He was very thorough and explained every step of the inspection as we went. The infrared service really put us at ease and we appreciated him explaining the amount of work and cost to expect with the items that would need attention. The very same evening, he sent a full report for our future reference. We will definitely recommend AllMax to others and will use them again when we sell or buy in future.

    Inspection

    Alan Glushko of AllMax Home Inspection responded in a timely manner and provided a quote and a site visit. We are not selling our home but required a prioritized sense of what we needed to address, repair or upgrade. He was very thorough and explained all of his findings. The report confirmed his walk through. He is a personable individual.

    Mold Test

    We purchased a home that closed 7 months later. On one of our home visits we found that the basement smelled moist. This made us quite nervous and decided to use AllMaxx for a mold test. Due to homeowner issues, the soonest we could get back into the home was 3 weeks later. When we came to do the test the basement smelled completely NORMAL. The result of the mold test was that the basement was loaded full of mold. You can’t smell mold, so you never know if your house has it. MOLD is very unhealthy for children, elderly and those with respiratory issues. We were able to get the sellers to remove the mold BEFORE we moved in.......We got lucky because we would NOT have known there was mold IF we didn't do the test. I HIGHLY recommend that a mold test be included in every home inspection, or at a minimum, do a mold test. AllMaxx Home Inspection did a great job! They ended up saving us $20,000 in work that we would have had to do after we moved in. Thank you Alan….I owe you big time!

    Mold can definitely be a scary thing especially when concealed and no one knows about it. In this case its not what we saw but what was hidden and unseen to the human eye. A couple simple non-invasive tests and we found the true problem. Your concerns were totally justified when the lab results came back quite elevated and I was happy to walk you through the remediation process. You guys can have the peace of mind now that the water problems were identified, repaired and all the mold was remediated plus cleared with a follow up air test.     Home Inspection

    When you move to Canada from abroad, the real estate market is a maze. Luckily we were introduced to Alan Glushko at AllMax. When he arrived at our prospective new house, we were stunned at his expert knowledge. He gave us invaluable advice and a detailed report very rapidly which allowed us to instruct our realtor into us purchasing the house. The peace of mind from Alan - somebody who knows what he is talking about - is priceless to us. We would recommend Alan to anyone buying a property. Jytte & Keith Hammett

    Pre-purchase Inspection

    Being a first time home buyer is tough. Luckily Alan from AllMax was able to provide me with an excellent home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and throughout the inspection was able to explain in great detail all the positive and negative aspects of the home. I learned alot from him, which is a huge added bonus. Alan went above and beyond all my expections, it was money well spent and i would definitely recoommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I was very much impressed with the home inspection service conducted by Allmax in our new home. Michael did a great job in providing a very detailed inspection. Aside from the home inspection and comprehensive report, he shared his wealth of knowledge and experience with me regarding house maintenance. He devoted so much time to provide answers to all my concerns and ensured that I was satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Allmax to any new home owner.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    My clients were impressed with the two pre-purchase home inspections that Alan completed for them. Alan provided detailed thorough information, provided his findings in a well organized easily presentable straightforward report and provided an unmatched level of follow up service to assist my clients when the inspection found a property to nog be in the state it was warranted to be by the seller of the property. Alan also provided helpful information which assisted in my clients being able to make an educated plan for caring for their new property in the most Cody effective manners. My clients as well as myself will recommend Alan and Allmax in the future and also intend on using his services in future purchases and sales.
