Alen Glushko did a great job, made us feel comfortable with the purchase of our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the house. He spent time teaching us about the house and maintenance. He's super friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I've been in the market for a home for 22 months. I've hired Allmax 3 times in that period to do a home inspection for me, and they've never disappointed. Michael from Allmax is fantastic. His knowledge of things pertaining to safety or quality is without equal, and not only will he catch everything from a slightly crooked floor to an old repaired crack, he will explain to you the history, why, importance, impact and possible next steps to consider. His full service reports are detailed, well organized and clear. In May 2013 he saved me from purchasing a home with a foundation in 3+ pieces that was slowly rolling over on a hill. The 26 page inspection report gave me more than enough material to help make the proper decision. In September 2013, he reviewed my soon to be new home and laid to rest all the concerns and worries I have. And despite being a very new and solid build, he still managed to point out a few minor things which while not "broken", if left untreated, in 5 years will become major headaches. I fully recommend this company, and Michael in particular if he's available, for everyone's home inspection needs. And don't be afraid to call and ask questions on the phone to figure out if they can help with your problems/concerns or not. I did, and 2 years later I'm one of their biggest fans.

i found Allan's service through my carpet cleaner . My carpet cleaner has a green service. The morning after a huge flood in my unit I telephoned my carpet cleaner to begin the process of cleanup and remediation. We both knew that the damage was severe enough to produce mould in the lower dry walls and baseboards. We needed additional help expanding the cleanup to front line mould detection. My carpet cleaner telephoned his insurance to find out who is "The Best " company to use to determine what type of mould was present. I was given Allan's phone number. he returned my cal pronto . He also arranged time to come to my place within 24 hrs,even though he was booked solid for the week ahead. Talk about Service !!!!!!! During his consult and air testing Alan ran me through the process of the air quality test and the various levels of mould treatments that could follow afterwards,depending on the air quality test results. this way I understood what was happening, the process involved , and it prepared me for what I could need to follow through. he made sure that the test results were promptly delivered to me within 2 days and he took the time to give me a follow up consultation on the results. Alan was very patient t with me as I had many questions. This was a serious flood. His manners are also very nice . was very satisfied with his service and will call upon him again if needed. Excellent service .

Alan was a very knowledgable and helpful person. He did air quality reports on our house and we got the report the next day with results explained and how to go about addressing them. Was very easy to reach and thorough.

Alan is a great home inspector. He has pointed out many small details that I failed to notice. As a first time buyer who does not have much knowledge in this field, his explanations were very thorough and straight forward. I was amazed that the report was sent the same day that the inspection was done.
