    Asbestos remediation

    My wife and I were both shocked and concerned to find out we had asbestos contamination in our house. The lino used in the 1970's had asbestos in the backing and a previous contractor removed some of the material or did not bother to tell us that what remained contained asbestos. When we found out we phoned our insurance company, several government agencies and a number of asbestos removal companies and got little to no help in answering our many questions. Jon from Canadian was the first one to express a genuine concern for our predicament and went to great lengths to answer questions and provide us with a clear course of action to fix the situation. Just knowing what to do was a huge relief. He followed up by quickly providing the air cleaning equipment we needed to make our home safe until the asbestos material could be removed. His co-worker Stephanie showed up at our door in a very short time with air scrubbers in hand. She hauled them in, set them up, and explained how they work and what we should do over the next fews days. She even took the time to give us instructions on how to properly seal the affected area so that additional contaminants would not spread. Thanks Jon and Stephanie for going above and beyond.

    Mould remediation/selling home

    I had a great experience getting a quote from this company. Alex Gorokhov came over prepared and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the issue and presented viable and cost effective options for me. Unfortunately, due to the time constraints with selling my house, I could not book with Alex in time but I will certainly highly recommend his company for anyone looking for mould remediation or other home restoration services.     Mold and asbestos removal - an amazing experience from first call to finish!

    An independent home inspection professional recommended Canada's Restoration Services when readings in the home we were moving into indicated mold. He said that "I do not know them or work with them, but I have seen and tested the work they do, and it is always great." I spoke to Laura on the phone the next day. She was patient and helpful, and promised that Alex, the Operations Supervisor for GTA would come to inspect. Alex is one of those professionals who knows his trade inside out, can answer any questions you may have, and is not trying to push extra work where you could do the job yourself. He is also thorough enough to notice details that you may have missed. And it turned out we missed what looked like asbestos tiles.... I received a quote from Alex as soon as the lab confirmed the asbestos, and he confirmed that they had a crew that could start the work within two days. I have worked on several home renovations, and I was so impressed by this point that, unlike my usual practice, I did not even get other quotes for the job. The technicians arrived early to accommodate my schedule, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean. Alex was involved the whole time, visiting the site, and was willing to answer any and all questions even after the job was done. I would recommend Canada's Restoration Service without hesitation -- they have gone out of their way to create a safe environment for my family.

    Mold Removal

    Laura from Canadian Restoration Services quickly contacted a team member in Montreal. I had an estimate within the day and the team was able to remove the discoloration the very next day. The team was professional and efficient. They gave me peace of mind by taking pictures and showing what steps they were taking. Would definitely recommend this company! Very satisfied with service.

    Asbestos Lock Down & Armour Guard

    Jon Tarves (AB Regional Manager) & Jorge Gonzalez ( General Manager) came to KARA to do an estimate. Both were pleasant and explained the process very clear. The technicians were very professional, called to let us know they were on their way. When the job was completed, they gave us a walk through and left no mess behind. By the way they communicated, you could tell the 4 technicians worked as a team- getting the job done right and efficiently. Job Well Done ~ Thank you

    asbestos removal from ducting

    Our ducts were wrapped at all the joints with asbestos tape and needed to be remediated, we were put in touch with Jorge who came to do an inspection just the next day, he took the time to answer all our questions and explain all our options - it was a bit of information overload but he did an amazing job of following up with email and a phone call afterward. He seemed super knowledgable and happy to make sure we understood what was happening - not just for the ducts but also for how to go about any future renovations in an asbestos safe way. The technicians were great: also super knowledgable and friendly and i could tell they took the time to be careful and thorough and answer even more of my questions. With a few more joints found Jorge still honoured his initial quote even though he'd already given us a holiday discount.

    Mold removal

    Purchased our first home, got possession and found mold in the basement and significant water issues that were undisclosed during the purchase. Jorge came out to do a quote, he was very friendly, professional and honest with us. You could tell he was very well informed and had alot of experience in restoration. It was xmas time and he had a crew out asap to get the mold out, which was very appreciated as we have a small child. The crew was great, they took great care in my home. They worked fast and stayed within their quote which was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

    Basement flood

    Efficient company. When my basement flooded they took care of the problem very fast. General manager George has always kept me in give loop of what's happening. I am very satisfied with the work they have done.

    Mold Remidiation - Shower

    I called Canada Restoration Services on a Sunday and Jon was the first to call me back, he was both thorough and knowledgeable. Later in the day Jorge took over the call and was out at my house the next day to look at the issue. Within the next few days, Jorge and team had taken care of the mold issue and were helping to identify a root cause. The team was very professional both in attitude and performance, so very refreshing - Awesome service - We would recommend CRS to anyone.

    Water damage in basement

    Our basement was flooding due to a burst pipe, Canada’s restoration services came out to our rescue, they were quick to response removed all the water out, disinfected all our areas with a non chemical green disinfectant. We greatly appreciate their services.
