    Home Inspection

    I wasn't sure if I wanted to complete a home inspection on the townhouse I purchased but decided to go forward and am really glad I did. Michael from 4sights Inspections came recommended to me and he did a fantastic job. He accomodated me into his schedule. Very thorough and explained all the recommendations in detail. The report I received was easy to read and understand. Very satisfied!

    Home inspection

    We had a home inspection done and are thoroughly impressed. We inked the deal on Friday and were able to get our inspection done on Monday. Mike was very thorough and the entire experience was great from the easy online confirmation of booking to the detailed digital report complete with pictures, findings and recommendations. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!

    House Inspection

    I did a home inspection on a house I was to buy and was really impressed with Michael of how professional he was during the inspection. We also learned allot about maintaining a house as we are first time home buyers. We got allot of knowledge during the process. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their home inspected.

    Home Inspection

    We found Michael based on reviews on HomeStars.com and we weren't disappointed - even our real estate agent was impressed with how detailed and thorough he was with everything - from the roof down to the basement and from the exterior structure to the appliances inside - and he was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. He was also very patient and took the time to address our questions and concerns. The inspection report was not a checklist and was educational and informative. I would highly recommend Michael and 4Sight Inspections Inc.

    condo inspection

    Excellent work! Was extremely thorough, answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations. Was even a little funny too! Made us feel very comfortable throughout the process! Would definitely hire him again!

    Buyer's Inspection

    Mike is VERY knowledgeable, VERY thorough and a great person to work with. In terms of total package, including customer service and follow-up, I think he is the best deal around! Highly Recommended. A+++

    Home Inspection

    Hello After I've searched the web I decided to go with 4Sight. I got in touch with Mike. I can't tell everyone how professional and precise Mike was. If you're reading this review DON'T hesitate to hire Mike. Also his assistant ( Mikes Daughter ) was amazing. Thank you guys so much. This was more than I've expected. And the report was so professional that there is nothing more to say!!! Thank you again!!! Great Job!!!! And it's not only the inspection and the report that was AMAZING it's all the tips and knowledge that I was given as well.

    Inspection

    Michael had exceeded my expectation.I had my inspection with Michael on Sunday 10-Jun-2015 6pm. He showed up on time, gone through everything very thoroughly including the attic. He did not hesitate to turn things on and ensure they are in working condition. He even back tracked a few times for all the questions that were not directly concerning the inspection. I am satisfied with his service.

    House inspection prior to purchase

    I had a house inspection done by Michael. I emailed and was able to get the inspection done within a few days. He was very accomidating and figured out what time and date would be best. He was very thorough and was always checking if I had questions. He pointed out if there were any concerns and advise how to fix them or where to go to get them fixed. The inspection was the best one I have seen. Hands down I would recommend him and the company!!

    Home Inspection

    Found 4Sight Inspections online, and very pleased we called Michael for our home inspection. He spent a full three hours with us and walked us through the home and encouraging us to ask questions. Michael was very patient and thorough with the home. We learned so much from him and feel very confident in our decision with hiring Michael Mischke at 4Sight Inspections. Thank you Michael for an excellent and informative inspection!!!!!
