    Home Inspection

    Wow, exceptional service! Mike was able to accommodate our time for a home inspection under a time constraint. He arrived promptly, and was very comprehensive in his inspection. Including heading into the attic and climbing up on the roof for a full inspection. He is personable, helpful and thorough in his assessment of all home systems including foundation, roofing, electrical and plumbing. Highly recommended.

    Home inspection

    We are grateful to 4Sight Home Inspections for their exceptional job. Not only their report gave us the opportunity to understand the condition of our home, but it offered us a life lesson about home safety and quality of care. Thank you!

    Home Inspection

    Michael provided excellent service of home inspection and punctual to his timing and giving reports too. Definitely I will contact him only for any future services. He checked in details indoor and outside of the house with all details. Thank you Michael.

    home inspection

    Michael went out of his way to come and inspect my families' home. He arrived spot on the time of day that we had agreed upon. He spent 3 hours of solid work completing the inspection. He inspected the house from top to bottom including climbing on the roof and up into the attic. Luckily the only issues identified were minor but each was discussed with us and a solution given to correct the situation. Included in his fee, is a follow-up visit to inspect and report on the corrective measures as suggested by Michael once completed. Michael did an extremely detailed inspection in a very professional manner. I would be more than happy to recommend 4Sight Inspections Inc. to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection from an extremely professional and kind man.

    Home Inspection

    First time home buyers, first time looking for a home inspector. Saw the many positive reviews here, and they're well founded. Michael was knowledgeable, was there before we got there (5 minutes early), friendly, meticulous with his work, and very happy to answer the many questions we had. No major issues with our new house, but a few small ones, including one safety issue where the house wasn't up to code. Very interesting to see the use behind his different tools (which he was happy to explain) and things to watch out for once we own the home. Best investment you can make when putting down hundreds of thousands on a house. If (When) we need another inspection, he will be the one we call.

    Home Inspection

    We would like to thank Michael once again for such a great job today. We were extremely impressed. We had asked him to do a home inspection for us before purchasing a home. He was on time, professional & did a fantastic job. He is a great guy to talk to and explained everything to us perfectly. He went through the entire home top to bottom and gave us a very thorough report within a matter of hours. We would absolutely recommend Michael and 4Sight Home Inspections services.     Home inspection

    I would like to thank Michael again for the job that he done for us. He did his job very professionally and answered every question that we asked him. Within three hours he inspected every corner of the house and not only paid our attention to the problems that we could have in the future but also he gave us some good advise to eliminate them. The report was sent us very fast and it was very easy to read. Thank you again!

    Home Inspection

    I chose Michael to complete a home inspection for us based on the reviews I read on this site & I am so glad that I made this decision. He was so thorough, professional, polite & experienced; patiently answering every question we asked him. We gained a lot of knowledge ourselves as well through the course of this inspection. If it hadn't been for him we would have missed a lot of major things that needed to be done on this house which helped us make a informed decision & also provided the report to us within a few hours.     Home Inspection

    The reviews on this site is very correct, Michael is very professional and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of home inspection, he answered all the questions that I had for him, and even fixed some minor problems on the spot for the home owner. He found problems that I'd never thought about checking, I definitely had learn a lot about home inspection from the 3 hours that I spent with him.
