    Home Inspection

    Michael was professional, polite and experienced. He did a fantastic job in inspecting the house around every corner and was not hesitant to answer any question. Being a first home owner, I had to rely on a very good home inspector and glad I selected Michael. Not the least, he mentioned that he will be available for any follow up questions. I am very much satisfied and would highly recommend him to my friends/family. Thank You Michael!!

    home inspection

    Michael did a very thorough inspection of the home, explaining everything as he went along. I was encouraged to attend closely and ask questions as necessary. He covered the place from top to bottom, missing nothing. I'm very satisfied.

    Overall house inspection

    Michael cam right on time and went through everything. He was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. On to of that he was enjoyable to have around for a few hours while he went through the whole house. If your not sure of the state of your home, call 4sight and it'll take a load off your shoulders.

    Home Inspection

    Michael arrived punctually and was very thorough in his inspection on the property. He was professional and effortless in doing his inspection. He explained everything to us and gave us advice on what needs to be done to resolve the issues. He has a great sense of humour and is very pleasant person. I called a few companies and decided to go with Michael because I thought his price was reasonable for everthing that was included in the inspection and also because of the reviews I read on his performance. I would not hesitate to refer Michael to my friends and relatives. Thank you Michael for doing wonders in enlightening us on the condition of our potential new home.

    Home Inspection

    Micheal did a vary good job and so appreciate for his excellent service. He checked even every corner about the house, and also gave clear comments for future repairment. He arrived on time and provide the report in the same day and so in details.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was very polite and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, and answered any questions my family had with detailed explanations. Michael is punctual, pleasant and clearly very experienced. I would recommend Michael and 4Sight Home Inspections to everyone! This was our first home purchase so we didn't know what to expect. He did an amazing job. Even our agent was blown away at how detailed he was. Michael treated our new home as if he is going to live in it. After speaking with Mike we were confident in our decision to use his services. He explained both positive points and areas of concerns. Thanks Michael for your services.

    Home Inspection

    As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous about finding the right house. Working with Michael has put our minds at ease, completely. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with and setting up the appointment was a breeze. Upon arrival he was professional and very kind. As he inspected the home he explained everything to us and got into every corner of the house - he is so thorough! He is incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel so secure in our knowledge about the house. The report was sent to use in an extremely timely manner, was very detailed, and had very useful images.     Home Inspection

    My husband and I are first-time home buyers who needed a quality home inspection done last minute. (During busy season and on a Saturday morning!!!) Through a recommendation, we found Michael at 4Sight Home Inspections. From the start, he was nothing short of professional and excellent. We thought this process was going to be extremely complicated but he explained everything along the way. Michael also sent us the report exactly in the time frame he said he would.     Home Inspection

    As a young family moving from Quebec to Ontario, we needed to find a top quality inspector. Each time I called Michael, he answered right away. On the day of the inspection, he arrived on time, very friendly, and was more than welcoming to have me follow him asking questions along the way. He is highly detailed oriented, efficient, and has decades of experience. After the inspection, we knew the condition of the house end-to-end and had a detailed report within an hour. Simply amazing! I will only use Michael in the future.

    Bought older home

    Michael had excellent communication throughout the process. He had an old school gentleman demeanor. Very patient and thorough. Explained everything about the house. Good tips. Report within 2 hours. Very satisfied. Easy credit card payment on-site. Found issues with the house that I need to have addressed before completion of the purchase.
