    Home Inspection

    We're a young couple and just bought our first home in Halton Hills. Michael provided PHENOMENAL service. He was on time, professional, and really personable. He was incredibly thorough and went over every inch of our new house pointing our things to look out for in the future, things to keep an eye on with tips and solutions for all minor maintenance issues. He even took the time to teach us how to use our new gas fireplace and told us we could call him anytime with any questions, even 5 years from now. Payment was easy and we had our detailed report emailed to us within hours. He even told us a few jokes and happily went along with our CSI investigative skills in trying to figure out the story of the lady we were buying the house from based on her décor choices. Will be using him again and recommending him to everyone. Thanks Michael, high five on an AWESOME experience!

    Home Inspection

    Mike was very friendly and provided a lot of good and detailed information. He answered all our questions in an easy to understand manner and offered suggestions on how to tackle any issues that he found. Extremely thorough, even going up on the roof which we were worried other inspectors might not do. Lastly we received the report within and hour which was also concise and to the point. Will contact when buying a future home.

    Pre-Purchase House Inspection

    Had Michael Mischke come out a do our Pre-Purchase inspection. He was very throughout and pointed out some things that I was not expecting, spent time in all areas, and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend!

    House Inspection

    After looking on HomeStars and reading a number of reviews for varying home inspection companies, we decided to contact 4Sight Home Inspection on a late Sunday evening. The reviews were extremely positive for this company. After speaking with Mike we were confident in our decision to use his services. Mike arrived on time, dressed professionally and well prepared for the job. We found Mike very conscientious, meticulous and observant. He explained both positive points and areas of concerns in detail. He answered all our questions and set our concerns at ease. Mike was polite and patient with us, realtor and owners. He took us step by step through the entire house and property. Mike left the house clean after his inspection of the attic. His report that we received was very beneficial with the repairs that needed to be done. His Home Assure Plus is reassuring. We would highly recommend Mike's services. Thanks Mike

    Home inspection

    We found Michael on homestars and hired him for our home inspection. This was our first resale home purchase so we didn't know what to expect. He did an amazing job. Even our agent was blown away at how detailed he was. Michael treated our new home as if he we're going to live in it. Much thanks, praise and high recommendations for 4Sight.

    Michael was very polite and professional.He is extremely knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with detailed explanations.Michael is punctual, pleasant and clearly very experienced.     Home inspection

    Inspection before buying the first property. 4Sight inspection offers the best inspection we could ever hope for. The inspector went through all details of the house very thouroughly and patiently. We had learned a lot from the inspection about the maintanence of the house. The service is reasonably priced and provided greate value. As a first-time home buyer, there were critical details we would definitely have missed if we didn't hire the inspector. There are two minor cracks in the shower we would have ignored if it wasn't for the advice from the inspector. And we would be getting moisture into the walls if we did ignore the minor cracks, which can easily lead to many other issues in the future. The inspector is very very kind, patient, knowledgable and professional. This may not be the cheapest service you can find on the market. But the service is totally worth the money. We are extremely satisfied.

    Home Inspection

    First time home owner in the making and first home inspection ever - Mike was very professional and very thorough in the inspection. He caught the details I easily overlooked and I felt secure leaving the inspection in his competent hands. He was very polite and patient, and charged exactly what was agreed upon before hand.     Home Inspection

    Mike provides excellent Service for my future home inspection, he was very detailed and did an excellent job on doing so. He was very informative and his use of technology for home inspection was very impressive. Definitely recommend to everyone.

    4Sight Inspections

    I searched the internet for BEST inspection company and I found 4Sight Inspections and I called Michael, he was very professional and very understanding as I had to cancel the inspection few times before deciding on the right house. his inspection was excellent. he checked on many details and pointed out to every issue even if it's a minor issue. We had a really good conversation that opened my mind with good ideas for renovations and upgrades. the report was very helpful. Keep up the thorough inspection as I will be recommending your company to my friends. Thank you
