    Mike was very thorough and took the time to point out various findings. His report was comprehensive and shared it on the same day of the inspection.

    Home Inspection New Built

    Michael came out to do a home inspection on a new built property. He was knowledgeable about new built homes and was happy to answer my questions. Lucikly there were no major problems, but the inspection gave me peace of mind.

    House inspection

    Aaron was very professional, extremely helpful and descriptive with everything he found. He explained it in a way that helped us to understand the impact of the issue, and how urgent things needed to be repaired. Also, he told us to contact him at anytime, even years down the line, if we have any questions or concerns.

    Great Customer Service

    Michael, was absolutely amazing and saved us the inspection cost as he indicated we already know what the issues are and they will cost us a lot of money. He only accepted a few for his travel and gas. He was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

    Great thorough and honest review

    Michael did a house inspection on a new build house for us before our purchase conditions expired. We were very thankful that he did, as it uncovered a significant amount of issues and a general theme of quality concerns with the build. His check was thorough, very informative, and provided honest feedback about his thoughts. The report was generated very quickly and the overall experience was very positive.

    Home Inspection for Purchase Agreement

    Aaron completed a thorough inspection of my next home. He caught small issues that could get worse over time if left unaddressed. He answered all my questions and made himeself available for any follow up questions/feedback after the inspection. The final report was complete and detailed. I strongly recommend 4Sight Inspections for home inspection services. 10 out 10 stars!
