    Amazing and professional

    Amazing and professional company. Anyone would benefit from using 4 Sight Inspections for purchasing or selling homes.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time homebuyer in a market where inspections are often waived, I'm glad I insisted on it. Michael did more than just inspect the house and property, he took the time to answer all my questions and inform me what to look out for, which will help me maintain my new home. The report he provided was thorough and helped to negotiate fixes with the seller. Thanks Michael!

    Home inspection

    Mike was on time and very professional. He explained everything to me in detail and answered any questions I had. Would definitely call Mike again for a home inspection

    Home Inspection

    We wanted to co-ordinate the sale of our home with a purchase, and needed to complete an inspection right away. We were very lucky our realtor found Michael, with such short notice and the need to travel. Michael was Prompt, Professional, Friendly and thorough with the inspection. Luckily, he explained there was nothing major, and gave recommendations for the small things that needed to be done. I received the report by email, a couple of hours later. Thank you Michael, I would definitely recommend you, and Im sure my realtor will too.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was friendly, professional and very thorough with his inspection. He was patient with our questions, followed up on anything we were curious about and did a great job checking up on the condition of the house. His detailed report is extremely useful and I'll be keeping it for reference for sure.

    Pre buy Home Inspection

    Pre buy home inspection was through & professional. 4Sight Home answered all our questions on site & provided a detailed report same day. Would definitely recommend.

    First home inspection

    Michael was a patient explaining everything to us when scheduling our appointment to being accommodating throughout the process. He was very thorough and explained everything he was looking for and what needed to be done. A great inspector

    Home Inspection

    Called in for another home inspection for my buyer clients. The job was very thorough and informed the buyers very well on the inspection and what to expect from the house. The buyers were at ease with the inspection done by Michael the president himself. Very professional and convenient

    Great home inspection experience
