    Home Inspection

    I used Michael for a home inspection for a home I was buying. Michael is meticulous, very open, detailed oriented and very professional. He provided clear and concise feedback throughout the inspection and gave me a sense of security moving forward with my purchase. Michael is punctual, pleasant and clearly very experienced. His reassurance and post-inspection service was outstanding. I would recommend Michael and 4Sight Home Inspections to everyone.

    Home Inspection

    This is now my 3rd home purchase and the best home inspector I have so far. The report I received was well organized, and showed Michael's strong attention to detail skills. Will use again!

    Home Inspection

    All I can say is, WOW! Michael lives up to everything they say about him in these reviews He is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Using all his gizmos and gadgets he gives your perspective new home a total once over. And he doesn't rush it because he doesn't want to miss anything. When was the last time you saw an inspector actually get up and crawl around in the attic? Well Michael did. And good that he did because he found a major building flaw that needs immediate attention. All this for a VERY reasonable cost. Thank you Michael for a job well done!

As for going in the attic...any inspector who doesn't take the time to climb in and do a thorough inspection up there shouldn't be calling themselves a home inspector.     Mike was suggested by my real estate agent when purchasing our home. Great recommendation. He was punctual and started the inspection process while I was behind completing some meetings. Thoroughly courteous, answered many questions as we went along, and provided not only a complete, but very fair and objective inspection. Most critically he pointed out key structural matters that seller agreed to fix before sale. Additional items were pointed out for improvements to add value and aesthetics. I would recommend his services not only when purchasing a home, but also while being a homeowner. He made me feel safe with going ahead with my offer....Thanks Mike!

    Home Inspection

    I found 4Sight after my agent suggested I use HomeStars to find a home inspector. Michael was professional, proficient and extremely thorough. He arrived on time and, based on my research on home inspection costs, the price is very reasonable especially given the quality of his work. I received a highly comprehensive report on his findings within hours of the inspection. As a first time home-buyer, I had nightmarish thoughts of all the things that could go wrong in making the most expensive purchase I was ever likely to make. Michael certainly helped eased these fears. The report helped greatly, giving details on what needed to be addressed promptly and what could wait. I highly recommend 4Sight to anyone in need of this service. I know I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future. Thanks again, Michael!

    Home Inspection

    Michael delivered exceptional value in his home inspection. He was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I came away feeling comforted in my decision and received a good introduction to my new home!

    New house annual check

    We found mike on homestars, where he already enjoys a lot good reference. And after had him checking our house, I will confirm his service definitely live up to the recommendations. Not only the actual site work was conducted very through, the report was made available to is online within 3 hours same day.

    Single Component inspection

    Michael was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. 4Sight Home Inspections was the only company we could find that offers a Single Component Inspection. Michael helped us to determine a repair and when we hit a road block he returned free of charge to offer an alternative solution. Michael guarantees his work and will be happy to return if necessary.

    Home Inspection

    As first time buyers, we were nervous about what potential issues our house could have but we feel much more at ease after Michael's home inspection! He was extremely thorough and made sure to explain everything to us as he went along. We are so impressed with the extensive report we received within hours after the inspection which helped layout all items we should fix immediately or look out for in the future - 4Sight is a great company that I will gladly recommend to friends and family

    Home Inspection

    Found Mike by doing an online search. I chose his company because of the many positive reviews. We were very happy with his service. He identified issues large or small and make the recommendations on how to fix it and a ball park price. I was so intrigued with the thermo scanning that was included. It was able to show things that couldn't be seen thru the drywall. I was very happy with the service he provided and will recommend him to other.
