    pre purchase home inspection

    4sight inspections was easy to book online, and was able to change the appointment time to when our agent was available. Michael was very friendly and thorough, as well as informative. Which is especially helpful for us as first time home owners!

    1 year Tarion Warranty

    Michael was great in assisting us with the 1 year tarion warranty for our new home. He was very detailed and explained many aspect of the inspection which I found helpful. Will definitely recommend 4Sight Home Inspections in the future!

    Home Inspection

    AWESOME! Mike was top notch from the first phone call and throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure dealing with a professional who is detail oriented and experienced. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough home inspection, I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning. Very friendly and approachable and also took the time to educate us on some home related issues. Even when he found problems in the crawlspace Mike was very helpful in advising of remedies and possible solutions. Excellent, easy to read report with lots of detail and pictures. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for peace of mind with their home purchase.

    Home inspection

    We had a home inspection done by Michael. We are first time home buyers so everything was brand new to us, not knowing what to expect. But after meeting Mike we felt a lot more comfortable and educated about our big purchase. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. He was very thorough with everything part of the house. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house and looking to do a home inspection.

    Home Inpsection

    Mike was awesome! He was super thorough - EVERYTHING is including in his package. Mike took the time to answer all of our questions and even promised to answer future questions for as long we have owned the home. I would recommend and will use again,

    Home Inspection

    AMAZING! Mike is incredibly thorough, professional, and detailed. He took time to review every inch of our new home, walked us through those areas where we needed particular attention, and left us with a thorough report with several pictures. All that, and he backs it up with post-service calls, emails, and general tips & tricks. Highly Recommended! Thanks Mike!

    Home Inspection

    We have used 4Sight Home Inspections twice now. It took us a while to find a suitable house and we've used other home inspectors before but Michael is our first choice. He is very punctual, thorough and knowledgeable. You can spend the entire 3 hours going along with him and ask him as many questions as you can come up with. He will not only expertly document everything with good quality photos but also offer advise on every single thing. In addition to all that, Michael takes the time to type up a detailed report after. We contacted him on Saturday afternoon regarding a home inspection on the next day and we had the full written report as PDF in our inbox shortly after on Sunday evening. All that on top of him walking us through everything personally and making sure we completely understand what we're looking at. Furthermore, I must point out that he came out to Scarborough for us, while he usually works in the Mississauga area. We know we can trust 4Sight and especially the thermal imaging included with our home inspection has been invaluable to us. Thank you, Michael.

    Home Inspection

    Michael is simply great! He has helped my clients with the home inspection in such a professional and caring manner. He dedicated plenty of time inspecting the home while he explained everything and he answered all of our questions patiently. Michael is fun, professional and honest and I will recommend him to all of my clients! :)

    Home Inspection

    We Chose 4Sight for our first ever home inspection based on all the other reviews I read and we are so happy we did. From the initial phone call to receiving the detailed inspection report that same evening, Michael was professional, thorough (he spent over 3 hours going through the whole home, climbed on the roof, into the attic and even into our midget sized cold room), answered every question we had with patience and humour, and let us tag along for the whole inspection. Extra bonus...His rates are the most competitive. Michael, thank you so much for easing our first time home buyer fears! Linda & Milos

    home inspection

    I originally posted my review soon after having the inspection back in September. My whole family was very impressed with Michael's knowledge and professionalism. We had to arrange for a second visit soon after, since the sellers agreed to fix some of the things he had pointed out. Michael was able to come back on a short notice, and at no charge. He took the time to inspect, he got inside the attic... he answered all the questions we had at the time and more since. I really can't say enough to thank him. The information he provided to us really made the difference, and his service was outstanding.
