    Home Inspection

    Michael at 4Sight Home Inspections was incredibly thorough and extremely accomodating. With short notice, he met me outside his normal territory to make sure that the home I was buying was up to spec. This is my second time using 4Sight and would I would highly recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind when purchasing a home, new or resale.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was excellent. He found things I know I would have missed and plainly explained everything he found so I wasn't alarmed when I received the report. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a thorough and professional job by a top notch inspector.

    Home Inspection

    My husband and I are real estate investors. This is the 5th property we have Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections as our house inspector. Our experience with Michael has been fantastic so far. Michael is very professional, experienced, and detail-oriented. Most importantly, Michael always took time to explain issues he found during home inspection, and provides great suggestions that help us make informed decisions when it comes to housing investments. We are very pleased with Michael's service, and will definitely be coming back to him for our future investments.

    Home Inspection

    Originally my real estate agent had suggested that we use 2 other "well known" companies that have been around for a long time. However after reading reviews on these companies they didn't seem like they lived up to their reputation. Then I found Mike and his company and read review after review of great things people had to say. At the end of the day this was our first home and first home inspection and we wanted someone who was honest and true to what they could and could not provide. Mikes advice and walk through were great and the report that followed was clear and easy to understand as well as helpful in determining what needed to be changed. Would recommend him to other people I know in a heart beat! Thanks for all your help Mike!!

    Home Inspection

    I booked an appointment with 4Sight online after reading many of the reviews on HomeStarts and after their inspection I finally bought my first property. Even in terrible snowy weather, Mike showed up on time, in fact he was there before me. His thorough examination and comprehensive report made this decision easier for me. Mike inspected everything carefully, explained it to me and answered all of my questions very patiently. Also provided some very useful tips for the updos and for the maintenance along the way. Not only his inspection saved me some money but I felt confident in my purchase. I now know what exactly will be required for maintenance and how much I need to spend. Mike’s report was also very clear and prompt and he had the doors open for any follow up questions. I am very pleased with his services and would gladly recommend him to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    Our experience with Michael and 4Sight Home Inspections was fantastic. Michael is extremely thorough in his inspection and was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional - on time and fully prepared. He took all the time necessary to explain issues and answer my questions about specific aspects of the home. He was happy to share his knowledge and experience on all issues which was greatly appreciated. He has also been quick to respond to follow up questions after we received the final inspection report, and is just as responsive and helpful after the inspection. I would highly recommend Michael and 4Sight to anyone purchasing a home. I consider the service tremendous value for the money and feel very good about purchasing this home now that I fully understand what repairs or upgrades need to be done and what that involves. I have bought four homes in my life and this was by far the best home inspection I have had done. Thank you Michael.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    I really made a correct and wise decision to choose Mike as my home inspector. Mike is very experienced and examine every thing carefully. With his eagle eyesight and accurate inspection skill, he found several major issues which i didn't know when i put the offer. it finally let me walk away from the risk. Mike also suggested me to follow with him when he is doing the inspection in order to let me learn more knowledge about the house. It really helped me a lot and i learned a lot of experience from him. I am so appreciated with his great job and i will strongly recommend him to all of my friends. Thank you Mike again.

    Home inspection

    Mr. Michael Mischke, we are very pleased with your thorough inspection of new house in Guelph. Excellent service. You have been very patient, answered every question we had. You had taken the time to even remove a water dripping noise issue the current tenant reported on the spot. The report you provided was very detailed and covered all details. It gave us a great comfort knowing exactly what needs to be addressed. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

    Home inspection

    I could not have asked for a more professional, thorough or considerate inspector to assist us with our very difficult situation. Michael went above and beyond to deliver top notch customer service and ultimately a comprehensive inspection and report.
