    Pre-construction Condo

    Michael arrived on time and was very professional through the entire process. As first time who buyers we learned a lot. The review was delivered within a sufficient time frame. I would recommend this Company to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    Mike showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and I followed him around the outside of the house and then through the inside as he performed a VERY thorough inspection of everything. Pictures were taken and explanations given, both positive and negative, about anything he found. He was professional and detailed. The inspection lasted about 3 hours and the report was emailed to us within a few hours! He was VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of the house...from roofing to electrical to plumbing to crawlspace and everything in between.

    Home Inspection

    We purchased a home on condition of a home inspection. Michael met me at the home on time and explained the process clearly. We then walked all around the outside and inside of the property including both attic spaces. I couldn't believe how thorough he was and how knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and stopped for any questions I had. The report we received 6 hours after the completion of the inspection was detailed with information and photos taken at the site. This was extremely valuable as we purchased a 27 year old home. Michael was professional and personable.

    Home inspection

    A professional, thorough home inspection. I appreciated Michael's comments on how best to fix minor deficiencies. That will help sell the house so that it is truly in 'move in' condition.

    House inspection

    We found Michael through the website of a well known HGTV renovation personality. In a word...excellent. Michael took the time to go over the house extensively and provide us with the information we needed to make the right decision regarding our purchase. We would highly recommend him. A+++++

    Pre-purchase Home Inspection

    Michael at 4Sight Home Inspections examined the house so meticulously. He dedicated all the time needed to do things right, never rushing or skipping over details. With a great eye for detail, Michael checked out all the features of the house, inside and out. That left me with great confidence in the home inspection report.     Pre-Delivery Inspection

    Excellent service! Michael came on time and started even though I was late! he saw every detail. I felt like a friend was looking out for my best interest. He is the type of Home inspector one hopes to get but hardly finds. Thanks Mike for the Great service we will surly stay in-touch.

    Home Inspection

    Mike at 4Sight Home Inspections fit us into his schedule on short notice and outside of his standard service area as well. He is very professional and well informed of the latest codes and standards. Nothing is left out or glossed over. Everything was very simple, easy and quickly handled as far as payment and receiving the report. The report is also easy to follow with informative reference links. I highly recommend this home inspector.
