It is fantastic that I was able to turn what you thought would be a mundane task into something both enjoyable and educational. I always strive to make sure you, my client, do not get bored and actually learn as much as I can teach while we are looking for issues. In some cases in the report the issues can be repeated between the summary section and the detail section. This is to ensure that no matter which section you are looking at the most important details, the defects, are front and center for you. I never want a defect to be overlooked in the report. Doug, I apologize for the delay in responding but I have just returned from a week vacation. I also thank you sincerely for your time to provide a review here. The thoroughness you describe is mandatory at 4Sight Inspections. There are never any corners cut and a detailed description of not only issues but different components in the home is always provided. The portable vacuum is also mandatory. I believe that if you cannot leave a home the way you found it you should not enter that home.
