    home inspection

    Michael was fantastic and extremely thorough. He arrived exactly on time and spent at least 3 hours inspecting my home. I even received my report the same day ! I would definetly recommend 4 sight inspections!

    Home Inspection

    I am so glad to have gone with 4Sight Inspections Inc. for our home inspection. Michael was on time and got right to work. He took his time to thoroughly go through the property explaining everything to me in plain English that was easy to understand. He explained what the issues were with the house and gave me a time frame when most things will either need maintenance or replaced. Michael has given me peace of mind about moving ahead with my decisions regarding this home and if this one falls through I will be looking for his services again. Thanks Michael!

    Home Inspection

    Tarion 30-Day Inspection (Oshawa)

    Easy 5 STARS to Michael for great end to end customer experience, from the booking of an appointment (flexible schedule), to being on-time, to his thoroughness during the inspection, to his responsiveness for my endless questions, to being able to provide a very user friendly on-line report within hours and to being able to take credit card payment. All in all a terrific experience! Thanks!

    Home Inspection

    Thank you Mike for your awesome service! Very knowledgeable and open with advice when I asked questions. Provided a great report and really helped us when it come time for decision making. Strongly recommend!!

    Home inspection

    Bottom line is book with 4sight and don't worry. Mike was able to accommodate us on short notice and I appreciated is availability on weekends. He was extremely thorough, to a point where our agent is adding him to their list of recommended home inspectors. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Mike's work and helpfulness explaining issues to us. The quick follow up with the report post inspection as well as the quality of the report are also positives.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time homebuyer, this process is obviously new. Mike upon meeting was friendly and immediately made it known that he was there to assist with any questions or inquiries I might have. He was thorough, as he moved about the home, and offered updates as to his findings. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. I would use this service again. Not to mention, the report was in my inbox within 8 hrs of completion. The efficiency was nothing short of perfect! Thanks Mike! This process was easy and very comfortable! I would recommend Mike, highly.

    home inspection

    We had a home inspection on thursday feb 19th n our condo town home we put an offer on. It appealed to be a nice old house, with very little issues to a naked eye. Thankfully we hired a professional home inspector and his name was Michael from 4sight home inspection. We were very satisfied with his work and complete report with pictures afterwards. Michael was very friendly, with high level of experience and knowledge. He showed us every little detail of things needed to be repaired or replaced, explained us what needed to be done and what options are there to fix them. Michael never rushed through, he took his time to his detailed home inspection. He had discovered major issues , he climbed to atic from the little closet in one bedrooms and discovered mold issues, insulation issues and other major things that stopped us from buying a home. Without his professional knowledge and commitment and passion for what he does we would be never know there is anything wrong with the house. Thank you Michael and I will absolutely recommend your amazing service to everyone. It is worth every penny!!!

    Home inspection

    Mike was able to meet with us on short-notice and was right on time for our appointment. We had some trouble getting into the house due to owner error but he was very patient and worked away outside until we were able to get into the house. He was incredibly friendly and personal and provided a great experience. The inspection was very thorough and he answered all of our questions openly and was very clear on what was essential/urgent versus suggested. He encouraged us to call any time in the future with any questions which was very comforting.

    To sum up, Michael's professional and extensive experience shines through in his service and approach. We felt comfortable to ask all questions we had and further to that, Michael provided valuable information throughout the inspection. I would highly recommend the company and Michael's fundamental approach to his craft.
