    Home Inspection

    Very impressed with the professional and friendly manner of the inspector. He was thorough and patiently explained what needed attention. The no charge follow-up to inspect the repair work was a bonus. Would highly recommend and hire again.

    Home Inspection

    I purchased a 100 year old house that had extensive renovations. I was very impressed with level of detail provided to every aspect of the home inspection. The final report was detailed and provided detail and pictures to back up the claim which made for a great tool when approaching the home owner with repair requests.

    Home Inspection

    When I contacted Michael he was very friendly and professional. He was able to provide us with his services in such short notice. During the inspection his explanation of his findings were easy to understand he answered all of our questions. Michael was thorough with his inspection. We will highly recommend Michael to our friends and family members looking to purchase a new home!

    Home inspection

    Mike from was great. He scheduled a short notice appointment and arrived on time. He took frat lengths to go over everything with me, including tips for swimming pool service. He was very meticulous and pointed out items that needed immediate attention. He discovered mold in the attic and agreed to come back for a secondary inspection free of charge once the mold was removed. I highly recommend his services and would chose him again if we ever need to purchase another home or even get tips on what to fix when selling a home. Job well done!

    Home inspection

    Michael was fantastic in providing our home inspection.He was extremely thorough ,which is so important to us as first time buyers. He even took the time to make us feel comfortable about or prospective purchase.We will recommend him to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I are first time home buyer and were very nervous/excited for this inspection. Michael was amazing, and allayed all of our fears quickly and painlessly! He was punctual, thorough, and helpful. I did a good amount of research prior to choosing a Home Inspector and am extremely glad with my decision to go with 4Sight! I now have a good understanding of my new home (both how it works, and it's current state), and moreover a good base to start expanding my home maintenance skills/knowledge! Thanks so much Michael!

    Michael was punctual, professional and precise. His inspection was more than expected and he seemed very knowledgeable and honest!     Home Inspection

    This was our second home inspection with Michael in about a month. The first one uncovered a foundation issue at that property so it was on to the next one! Michael once again was on time, professional, and provided lots of information and tips throughout the inspection. He was able and willing to answer any questions along the way as well. The detailed email report which follows at the conclusion of the inspection is definitely a huge help and helps to prioritize what needs to be addressed right away once gaining possession of the new property. Thanks again Michael, second time was a charm for us!

    Home Inspection

    Michael Mischke at 4sight Home Inspection did our Home inspection in July 2014. Michael was punctual, very diligent in his work, very knowledgeable and happy to share his advice and insights. His Home Inspection report is thorough. I would recommend Michael to friends and family!

    Home Inspection

    Michael recently completed a home inspection for us. The home inspection was key because we were moving into a neighbourhood which we were not that familiar with and have a new baby in the family. Michael's thoroughness, and commitment to getting us all the information we needed including required repairs and general maintenance items was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Michael for his expertise and thoroughness for home inspections.
