    Home Inspection

    We hired Michael Mischke at 4sight Home Inspection after a thorough internet search. We were very happy with the careful and thorough inspection Michael did. He took the time to explain and answer all our questions and provided a detailed report that will be very helpful when planning future work on the house. Michael also did a follow-up visit to inspect the attic that we did not have access to during the original inspection date. We would recommend Michael for anyone who is looking for a professional, dependable and knowledgeable home inspector!

    Home Inspection

    Mike was very professional and clean...very clean. He supplied his own hand-held vac and towel when entering the attic. Mike went through each room and informed me of his opinion on every aspect of his inspection. I looked into 5 different inspection co's and Mike was the most inexpensive and I am extremely grateful I went with him!!! I will definitely recommend Mike to Family and Friends. Thanks again Mike!!! Great job!!! Worth Every penny!!!

    Home Inspection

    My husband and I were pleased to come across Michael's online reviews when we were searching for a home inspector. When we contacted Michael he was friendly, professional and he was able to provide us with his services in a timely manner. Michael allowed us to join along during the inspection and he explained what he noticed as he inspected the property and home, he answered all of our questions, and offered us suggestions too. Michael was quite thorough with his inspection. He indicated to us verbally and in a written report all of the items in the home, the age and quality of items, minor damages that may need repairing, and items that needed to be replaced. He made us feel confident in the house we decided to purchase. We will highly recommend Michael to our friends and family members looking to purchase a new home.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I are first time home buyers. We had no contacts for home inspectors so I decided to do some internet research to find one. I actually got the contact information for 4Sight Home Inspections from Homestars.com, after I had read several reviews of the service. Michael Mischke (the inspector) is an outstanding professional. He not only did a thorough job inspecting the home from top to bottom, but also took the time to address any and all concerns that we had regarding aspects of the house. Every questions was answered, no matter how simple or complex, and Michael was sure to give us both verbal and written insight as to any issues or concerns he had noticed. He also gave us advice on different methods of addressing issues that were noted. I would strongly recommend his services. He is professional, friendly, and his attention to detail is impressive. Thank you for doing such excellent work Michael.

    Buyer home inspection

    I had a buyer home inspection done with 4 sight inspections-Michael Mischke, and i was very pleased of the level of professionalism and knowledge and customer service he processed. He not only did a very detailed inspection but also explained in detail about all the repairs as well as tips to keep in mind as we were first time home buyers. I would highly recommend 4 sight home inspection to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable inspection for their homes.

    Home Inspection

    I am someone who has very high expectations and the job Michael did surpassed that. He never showed any urgency to finish and move on to his next job, was very thorough and patient in explaining my queries. Even his report was timely and professional down to the punctuation. He offered to come back and inspect any remediation. You will get value for money and the best job you can get with Michael. Thank you Michael I appreciate your exemplary service.

    Home Inspection

    Mike was very professional and thorough in his home inspection. What made Mike standout was his willingness to make a situation right where a previous home inspector had failed. He was very efficient and accommodating and for those reasons I would highly recommend him!

    home inspection

    I found Michael based on the reviews on HomeStars and I’m so glad we went with him. We were buying a rental property in Hamilton and found Michael highly professional. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and explained everything clearly. He advised us about the city bylaws for a rental property and tips on renovating as he is also a landlord himself. We felt confident about the home we chose after our inspection. The email report offers great detail with pictures. The thermal scan included was an added bonus. I would definitely use Michael’s services again. Thank you!

    Home inspection

    Overall the service was outstanding. Michael responded to a very last minute request, and was able to promptly accommodate. Very easy to work with him. He was on site at the exact scheduled time and ready to start. He was very thorough and explained all the details I needed. Very practical and objective he also gave suggestions on what I could do to fix some of the minor issues found. The thermal scan included in the package is an awesome perk. I would definitely recommend.

    Buying a used house.

    Michael came over Tuesday morning to inspect the house we were buying. He was very punctual, as we arrived a few minutes past 9am, to find him already working away scouring the walls and exterior for cracks and other things. He was very thorough with his work. He had an eye for picking out the smallest details when it comes to the cosmetic and structural integrity of a home. We spent the morning talking about the potential things that might need replacing in the house, and I learned a lot from him, ranging from foundation, to electrical work, to insulation. He's very professional, keeps a very respectable demeanour, and I was overall extremely satisfied with the work he did. The report for the inspection that morning arrived in our email inbox, all neatly written and cataloged, only three hours after he walked out the door. You can't ask for a better guy to check out your home.
