    Home Inspection

    Both my husband and I were very impressed with Michael's work. He took the time to explain any questions we had during the inspection and had a detailed report back to us within an hour of completing the inspection. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends in need of home inspections. Thank you so much for the outstanding service Michael!

    Home Inspection

    After much time spent researching, I'm so very glad I choose Michael to inspect my first home purchase. He was very professional, personable and informative during my inspection. The report was very client friendly, a valuable resource to assist in the negotiation and decision making process of my first home. Thank you Michael!!!!

    Home Inspection

    Michael provided a very detailed and thorough inspection. He did a great job explaining and answering any questions we had and invited any throughout the inspection. His report provided a detailed analysis of any areas of the house that needed improvement, that also included an estimated timeline to help prioritize the repairs. We will definitely use Michael again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and dependable home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Hi, We really would like to thank Michael for his wonderful inspection. Key points are, he came on time, did a detailed review of each and every aspect in the home. We initially thought it will be a quick one, but he was very clear in his job and did a very detailed review of each item. His report was excellent and really we can use as a improvement guide.     Home Inspection

    It was just one of those things. One day we were living close to downtown T.O. and within a week, we'd made an offer on a more spacious townhome right in the heart of Mississauga. The deal was closing quickly and we needed a home inspection "yesterday"! I went to Homestars right away and started checking out reviews and websites. After checking out countless home inspectors, I narrowed it down to inspectors who actually listed rates on their sites (this isn't a given, believe it or not). Mike not only lists his rates, he's conveniently broken it down into various categories/property types so there's absolutely no uncertainty for the customer. And the excellence doesn't stop there. Mike is just one of those guys you get a good sense about right away on the phone. We had to make the appointment in the middle of one of his usual blocks of time, but Mike told us he'd make it happen. He met us on the property and conducted the inspection in a timely and very professional manner. Another important thing to consider when choosing an inspector...Mike includes thermal imaging in his inspection fee. A huge bonus from a home inspector whose rates are already extremely economical! We were equally happy with Mike's report and how speedily we received it. Thanks Mike, you've offered us tremendous peace of mind in a very narrow time frame. Cheers!

    Inspection

    The inspector was professional from start to finish, completed job promptly and explained everything and answered all my questions. I feel I am buying the house with my eyes open. Would use him again without hesitation. Thanks!

    Home Inspection

    Michael was great. His professionalism, attention to detail and guidance was very much appreciated. His report was sent electronically on the same day and he made himself immediately available for any questions. I would not hesitate to use 4Sight Home Inspections again, and would recommend their services to family and friends.

    Thermal Inspection

    I was about to demolish the corner wall where I thought of non-insulated wall... but for the 2nd thought I asked the service of Michael to conduct Thermal Inspection. So impressed the way he inspected and advised. Instead of professional insulator to undertake the job, he urged me to do it since he knows I'm a handy person. Not an easy job and health hazard work... but now I was about to finish it. The beauty of doing it is that I learned the "how to," done it right and SAVE a lot of money.

    Home Inspection

    Our new home was inspected by Michael, who did a fabulous job. He arrived on time, and was extremely through in his inspection. He was very friendly and knowledgable. All of our questions were answered and we were provided with a copy of the inspectation with tons of photos within hours of completion. We would use Michael's services again and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

    House Inspection

    My cousin recommend Michael to me for my new house inspection. After the inspection, I was impressed by Michael service. He took photos of every corner in the house and explained so many things through the process. He is so detail-oriented. He even went up to the roof or went into the Attic check things. After the inspection, I got a 62 pages with everything he mentioned through the inspection. I would definitely recommend Michael. If I am getting an another house in the future, I would go to Michael again.
