    PDI Inspection

    When my husband and I met Michael, we knew that he was the man who we would be able to trust to do our home inspection. On the day of our inspection, Michael came early, was well-prepared and went about his inspection. We were so impressed with how thorough he was. (We received our full report via email - with many photos on the SAME DAY!!!!) While we were going through our house with our representative, Michael quietly made his way through our house taking pictures of everything and making his notes. On the spot, he pointed out things he found that we were able to mention to our representative. One VERY important fault was with the pooling of water on the shower floor, that we had initially missed and as a result, we were able to deal with it right away and put it on our PDI List. Thanks Michael!!! The home inspection Michael did for us was amazing - we are really happy we chose Michael to be our home inspector! He's knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He's also super friendly and really easy to get along with! We HIGHLY recommend Michael and his professional services. Thanks again, Michael!!!! Cathy & Joe :)

    Home Inspection

    Another fantastic experience with 4Sight Home Inspections. I was looking for a home inspector to check a property on a short notice, and came across Michael. Cant say enough good things about this company. Very comprehensive inspection, very focused to detail and Michael kept as informed along each step. My realtor has 10 years in the business and says she will send all her clients to Michael now, as she was impressed with the quality of his services. Punctual, very professional, very focused, friendly and willing to check every nook of the property to ensure a comprehensive report. Speaking of it, I got a 64 pages report with very detailed pictures, explanations, timelines to act on the issues found, etc. I dont know where or when I will buy another house, but when I do, I already know who will do the home inspection. Dont hesitate to contact this company.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was prompt, thorough an very pleasant. Took the time to explain possible issues with the home and the severity or lack there of for various items. The report was comprehensive and detailed with excellent reference pictures for us. Would definitely recommend his services for those in need of a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    Michel was extremely professional and a knowledgeable Home Inspector. He explained all the different things that first time home buyer like me will never know otherwise. I highly recommend Michael for Home Inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Michael arrived on time for our home inspection and took his time throughout. He thoroughly inspected everything and stopped what he was doing when I had a question to ask. When he was finished everything, he said if we ever needed anything in the future at all (even just advice) to give him a call and that was no problem. VERY pleased with Michael. He also e-mailed our inspection report to us within 2 hours!! Thanks Mike!

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    We are very satisfied with the service provided by Michael Mischke, home inspector for 4Sight. The house was thoroughly inspected and explanations were given on its condition along the way. Michael’s explanations were easy to follow and understand and even offer his assistance in inspecting any future issues with the house free of charge. The final inspection report was of the highest quality and very useful in planning future renovations. Highly recommended!

    Home inspection

    Michael was great. He was very thorough and provided an extremely detailed report. He also came and did the inspection on very short notice which I really appreciate. The website allows you to book online and he provides you with an electronic copy of the report. I will recommend him to anyone of my friends or family who need an inspector.

    PDI Inspection

    I was impressed about Mike's experience, professional equipment (infrared camera) and his friendly approach. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and to inspect every single corner of my house during PDI. Mike created very detailed report after PDI inspection, more over the turnaround was very quick - the pdf report was emailed me within few hours after the inspection. It included very detailed description of each issue and pictures. Very positive experience! I am planning to ask Mike to help me with 1Y Tarion Warranty Inspection as well.

    Home Inspection

    I was amazed by how professionally Mike did my home inspection. He took enough time. He spent about 2.5 hours- check each and every corner of the house inside and outside. He advised me on all issues small and big. His charges are very reasonable. I recommend everyone to try Mike’s service at least once.
