    Attic inspection

    Mike is better than the Mike H. on TV! He takes the time to do a quality inspection and then explains and makes sure that everyone understands what needs to be done to have a safe home. We learned about Mike after having a very poor home inspector who wanted to charge more money for things that he should have included in the inspection. Mike not only gave us quality inspection, but went out of his way to assist us in matters that were outside of the inspection. He is a "must have" for those who which to have an "AAA" inspection. Thank you Mike!

    House Inspection

    Michael's is a professional inspector who takes his job very seriously. He checked every inches of the house even if the owner had a big pile of junk stacked up at the comer. He told me everything i need to know. I think he did a wonderful job and i strongly recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was flexible and found a convenient time for all parties. His report was professionally prepared. We have lived in the home for 1 month now, report seems to have been thorough.

    Home Inspection

    We decided to use 4Sight Home Inspections for a resale property we were considering purchasing. Michael was professional, and friendly he was able to answer all of our inquiries and had great tips and advise for us. We received our inspection report not long after the inspection concluded via email and Michael even took the time out to follow up with us to see if we had any further questions or concerns. The price charged was quite fair for services rendered. We would use Michael's company & services again for our future inspection needs and would recommend 4sight to anyone looking for a through home inspector.

    Home Purchase

    Michael's attention to detail and thorough, professional evaluation saved us countless expense and grief. Though it meant "walking away" from the purchase, Michael's expertise allowed us to make the right decision. At a time when so many in the service industries are so lacking, Michael is a rarity much to be appreciated.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    Before contacting Michael, My wife and I had a bad experience with another home inspector three years ago. But when I found the web site of 4Sight Home Inspections. I looked carefully about their service, rate and the feedback list. I decided to give it a try. In the end, Michael's hard and professional work proved that my decision was right. He is also very patient to answer our questions, even some questions sound weird. His report is a very dependable and valuable guide to help us make the final decision. I my friends look for home inspection, I will recommend Michael.

    Home Inspection

    Micheal arrived early and took his time to go over everything. He gave a lot of advice on routine maintenance and left me feeling confident that our new home had no major issues. I received the very detailed report in less than an hour complete with pictures. I would highly recommend 4Sight Home Inspections. He even has his own vacuum to clean up after himself. Thank you Michael for your professional work and attention to detail.

That routine maintenance can save a great deal of money in the future. As for the vacuum, when going in attics there is always some residual insulation that falls to the floor. Covering peoples belongings and cleaning up after myself only makes sense. It is quick and easy.     Home Inspection

    Being a new home buyer is a pretty daunting thing. There is a lot of responsibility to take on as you move through all the things to get done. One task was to find a home inspector, I had no idea where to start. Most others offered confusing brochures and misleading websites with no clear information. I liked how Michael had all his information up front and clear on what you get when you use his service. He came early and was ready to get set up, went through everything with me to make sure I understood the implications of certain things he found whether current or for the future. His report is thorough and exactly what we needed to go forward. Most importantly Michael is a family man and a friendly man. His professionalism and care truly impressed!

    Home Inspection

    Michael is an amazing home inspector. Very punctual, thorough, and professional. We are home investors; and this is actually our 2nd time with Michael. We are very happy with Michael's expertise and excellent customer service both times. The home inspection report Michael provided us with is always detailed, easy to read, and with lots of pictures; and the best part of all, he provided us with the complete report within a few hours. We will definitely go with Michael again for our future house purchases.
