    House inspection

    Michael was great! very thorough, patient and helpful. i was impressed by his proffesionalisim he was well prepared had all the correct equipment to make the inspection. this is my first home and im happy i found someone i can trust to give me a honest inspection. I will def. work with him in the future and refer him to anyone looking for an inspector. 100% extremly satsified with the inspection and happy i found a great home. Thanks Mike!

    Home Inspection

    We are first time home buyer and we are very nervous in purchasing a house but with Michael we feel confident that our house is in good condition. Michael is very detailed with his job.His inspection report was detailed with great tips on maintaining and improving our home.He followed up with an email after to check in and see if there were any remaining questions. What I like most of him is his being true and honest to his service and even my real estate agent was impressed. I highly recommend Michael of 4SIGHT Home Inspections for his solid expertise and excellent service! Again, Thank you Michael!

    Home Inspection

    Michael was great! He was on time, despite the distance to travel, he was professional, and consistently followed up, which was greatly appreciated. He also took photos of everything, which will make identifying required upgrades so much easier. Thanks Michael!

    Home Inspection

    This was our first time buying a house, so you can imagine how nervous and skeptical we were. The amount of detail we received on any particular concern was amazing. Definitely a company worth looking at again and for anyone looking for someone thorough Mike is your guy. Thanks so much for all your help!!!!!!

    Home inspection

    Michael is fantastic. We had our home inspected just before closing in April. Our home requires a fair bit of upgrading. Michael went through everything we needed to pay attention too. All of the professionals we have had come through have commented on how knowledgable Michael is and he was bang on with all his recommendations. All of the conveniences of technology were great for us. From booking to communicating to paying for our inspection. We are busy, Michael is busy but we had an easy time to communicate. I will hire Michael again and again, I recommend him to anyone looking. Michael was a recommendation from a friend, who has used his company several times. The whole experience was fantastic.

    Condo Inspection

    Mike provides outstanding customer service. Long after the job was done - he has followed up numerous times to make sure all my questions are answered and any concerns I may have - fully addressed. I have never worked with anyone as customer focused as Mike and would undoubtably recommend his service.

    Thank you mike for your thorough home inspection. You did not leave one stone unturned. Your enthusiasm showed in your work and made us feel comfortable. "You gotta gut it" - Mike Holmes...We got the house!

    home inspection

    Great inspection. On time. Detailed & very knowledgable. I trust him completely. The report was one of the most detailed and thorough documents I have ever seen. Definitely one of the best!!
