    Prelisting home inspection

    I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking for a home inspection. He was very thorough and professional. He was available by email to answer all my questions, plus he did a followup inspection at no extra charge, to check all the items that had been fixed.

    home inspection

    Michael was very professional, he is very dedicated in his work. Michael took the time to go through our home. Answered all question s. His report s are very detailed and easy to read after the inspection. Great work.

    Home Inspection

    Michael Mischke is performed inspection for my home and he did commendable job. He tried to explain every single aspect to me explaining each minor issue, resolution.. Also, he made few valuable advices on how to do periodic checks.. He is willing to help and come for any issues I found in future without any charge.. He is very professional and didnt rush for anything.. he promptly came before the scheduled time and he took 3 long hours to inspect the house.. Thanks mike for your service and inputs.. You gave me confidence to buy the property..

    Home inspection

    Inspection

    We had our first home inspected by Michael, it was a very informative and stress free experience. He explained the entire process and took the time to fully explain any concerns we had, the report was sent to us within hours of completion and was easy to understand. Would absolutly recommend this service.

    My Home Inspection

    I bought a house around the eglinton and tenth line area. Mike was our inspector. He showed up on time, carried out the inspection very professionally and he issued a very detailed and honest report. The best part was his professional advices about the home deficiencies. As a proffesional civil engineer i would definetily recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection carried out for his home.

    Home inspection

    I am very glad to have hired Micheal to do a home inspection. He was on time, professional, friendly, and provided the report within two hours. Michael even climbed on the roof and crawled into the attic. We are very happy with his service, I definitely will recommend him to my friends and use his services again.

    Home Inspection

    Mike was very professional and helpful. We are first time home buyers purchasing an older home, and Mike clearly explained all the issues identified and took the time to answer all our questions. His full electronic report with pictures and explanations was very helpful and was provided within an hour of the inspection.

With older homes there is always additional TLC that is required and I am sure you will both enjoy taking care of the place.     Home Inspection

    I was recommended to use 4Sight for my home inspection. Even though the house was newer, Mike was very thorough and found issues that I would have easily overlooked. Mike is prompt with communicating back and was professional during the inspection. I was impressed on how quick the report came back (1 hour) which was easy to read along with photos to back his observations. Thank you.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was the first home inspector to respond via email which showed me he was very prompt getting back to his customers. He was on time for the inspection. He demonstrated experience and knowledge and was able to communicate this to a layperson like me. He was go-go-go and went through everything with an air of concern and commitment that made me feel relaxed enough to go out for lunch while he and my agent continued on for 30 mins without me. The report was given to me via email within 2 hours of completion. That is FAST. I will use Michael again and no one else. I showed his work to a coworker and he wants to use Michael in future as well. My agent who was there was so impressed, he asked Michael for business cards.
