It is important to look at every detail whether the home is new or old as you never know what you are going to find. We can never assume that, just because it is new(er), it is in good condition. Tanya, thank you very much for your review. You were definitely nervous but that goes with the territory. The process of buying a home the first time can be overwhelming but once you have gone through it once it won't seem like it was all that bad. My job is to ensure you have all the facts, not horror stories, so that you walk away knowing what you are getting into and confident in your next step. You have chosen a very nice house and I am sure you will have many happy years there but I should point out that while the house is perfect for you it is not a perfect house. There were other things wrong besides the roof. Luckily though it was all maintenance items.. Just remember your preventative maintenance.
