    Home Inspection

    Michael was awesome to work with. He arrived before I did and had already started inspecting the outside of the home. Inside, he was extremely thorough. He even found a crawlspace that I hadn't noticed, which he climbed right up into. Like other reviews here, our realtor commented on how long and detailed Michael's inspection was. Michael took the time after the inspection to discuss everything with me in detail, even though it was late and we both had a long drive ahead. The report arrived via email before I even got home. We were very happy choosing 4Sight. Highly recommended. Thanks Michael.

    Home Inspection

    I chose to work with Michael mainly based on the reviews here. Michael is very responsive whether it's by email or phone. Very courteous and professional! Michael was beyond accommodating given my situation and the time frame we had to work with. He could have refused and I am so glad he didn't. My girlfriend and I are very happy with his thoroughness and the detailed report provided is easy to read and understand. I would recommend him without a doubt. Thank you again, Michael, you were great to work with!

    Home Inspection

    I would like to share the experience we had with 4sight Home Inspections. Michael did a fantastic job - he was very sincere in his work and extremely informative. He pointed out many useful snags which would have cost us quite a few thousand dollars if it wasn't for him. We are very grateful to him and really recommend him to any prospective owners/buyers looking to get a home inspection done. Thank you again Michael!

    Inspection

    More thorough than I could imagine. So personable, took his time explaining everything. Post inspection package included pictures and diagrams of every issue with an explanation and impact. Don't waste your time and money on anyone else!

    home inspection

    I was very happy with the job Michael did inspecting my new home. He was very thorough. His inspection gives me great confidence in the quality of my new home.

    Home Inspection

    Picked Michael based on the review on this site and was not let down. He was very thorough in his work, covering every aspect of the house from bottom to the top (in that order). Even my realtor commented, that it was the longest home inspection he had seen. Michael provided tips on how to maintain the house, which was great as this is my first house! Worth every dollar spent. Would not hesitate in recommending Michael.

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Michael after reading the reviews from other people on this site. I called him on a short notice to complete a home inspection on our first home purchase, he was quick to return my call and was able to accommodate the time which was suitable for both the tenants in the house. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He was extremely thorough and detailed and asked me to tag along with him as he inspected both exterior and interior. Michael made the information very easy to understand and I find him very personable. He spent about 4 hours to complete the inspection and at no point I find him rushing thru the job in order to get over with. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and dedication to work. He provided me with the all the pertinent information and sound advise on the status of the home. His recommendations helped us re-negotiate the agreement with the seller resulting in saving of $4K towards the cost of roof of the house. I am very pleased with his work and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. Michael, thank you for all your help, very much appreciated!!! 4Sight Home Inspections deserves 10 out of 10.

    home inspection

    Excellent, very thorough inspection. Michael was very patient in explaining everything he was seeing. His report came complete with very detailed , easy to understand notes with pictures within an hour of leaving the house. He was recommended to me by a friend, and glad he did, I would recommend him to anyone whether first time home buyer, or seasoned vet. Thank you very much for your time Michael.

    Home inspection

    Michael was prompt, thorough, friendly and provided patient and knowledgable experience for my fiancé and I. This was our first home inspection on our first house and we were both eager and full of questions. His report came within an hour of his inspection and it was easy to read and understand. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks for your time!
