Ensuring that you have all the knowledge that you can process to make an informed decision on your home purchase is always my top priority. Thermal images are always added to the inspection report when I find issues that require attention via the infra-red camera. A separate report can always be created after the inspection but requires more analysis of the images and creation of the report. In your case windows and doors were well sealed, there was no moisture/mold detected and insulation was excellent in all areas tested.
