After contacting a few home inspection companies, I decided on 4Sight based on the quality and promptness of the response I received, the no-nonsense quote provided and the overwhelmingly positive reviews 4Sight has.
Having seen the poor quality of work from other home inspectors in the past, I was a little leery and looked over Michael's shoulder throughout the inspection. His knowledge, attention to detail and general quality of inspection eased any concerns I may have had.
Throughout the inspection Michael pointed out and explained any issues or concerns he had with the condition of the house, as well as answering any questions or concerns I had.
The report was prepared and emailed immediately after the inspection and contained all of the issues identified. The report also included graphical solutions to correct the issues where appropriate. Due to the many images and nature of the automated report, it was a little longer than I was expecting; but, all of the necessary information I need was there. Also Michael makes himself available to answer any questions I may have on the report which is an added bonus.
Overall Michael is friendly, knowledgeable, well prepared, and a good communicator. I am very pleased with Michael's work and will recommend him to family and friends, and I look forward to the follow up inspection.
