    home inspection

    Thank you Michael for my home inspection you did on December 18,2013, You were on time, and very thorough with your work. Your explanation was clear. I am pleased with your work. Also I appreciate the after inspection follow up. You are the best out of the three home inspectors I have used in ten years. I'm glad I called you to inspect my home, I will always recommend you to others.

    Home Inspection

    We found Michael through a basic internet search, and chose him because not only did he have the most professional website, but the best reviews of everyone we looked at. He was not only extremely professional, knowledgable, and thorough, but also very personable. He went above and beyond our expectations. He has helped us to make one the biggest decisions in our lives and we will be forever grateful! We highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Mike is the best. Not only he helped me to answer insurance people questions but also he was available to help me for issues not related to his business. He is like my family member that I can trust. AAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++. Wish you all the best. Syed Ali

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    I contacted Michael at 4Sight based solely on other HomeStars reviews, and was incredibly pleased with the choice. Not only was Michael amazingly thorough in his inspection (and subsequent report), but was friendly and helpful throughout the process. He didn't mind me tagging along and asking questions, including many not directly relevant to the inspection itself, and gladly provided home maintenance hints and tips which I'll undoubtedly use once we take possession. The process was not rushed, either; Michael spent well over 3 hours at the property. His report included photo evidence and detailed support, making it easy for me to request certain fixes and adjustments from the sellers. Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    My brother and I had a conditional offer on a house. Michael was strongly recommended to us. We were not disappointed, Michael was very detailed and professional in the inspection. He even pointed out future concerns and recommendations during the inspection. Was very satisfied and relieved. I would recommend his services anytime.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was very professional and informative. He not only provided a thorough inspection and inspection report, but was also very honest and helpful. He provided very actionable feedback with ballpark estimates. The rate was also very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection :)

    Home inspection

    I have bought a number of homes over the years and Michael is by far the best home inspector I have encountered. He was professional in every respect. His inspection was thorough and he provided me with clear information and sound advice on the status of the home. I was present during the inspection - this was invaluable as I was able to discuss issues with Michael and learn first hand about the home. I felt at all times that Michael was there to assist me. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone considering a home inspection.

    Buyer's Home Inspection

    I reached out to Michael after reading the reviews from other people on this site. He was on-time, friendly and very thorough with the inspection. His flexibility with the start time was very helpful as well. Michael had clear explanations for things that needed repair and classified them as part of regular maintenance and required to be fixed before I bought the place. While the report was useful, but it could have been laid out much better. So there is scope for improvement, but overall - good quality service. Thanks Micheal.

    Thank you Paddy. I appreciate the review. The report is part of a full inspection package that is hosted by a third party company. I chose this specific package because of its high level of detail and the ability to customize each report. Often you will see text details at the bottom of one page and the pictures on the next page. This is due to keeping the page numbers manageable. Adding a page break at each change would cause a great many more pages in the report. Just remember the text is always above the photo's.     INSPECTION-1YEAR TARION

    I found Michael on the website I am very glad I spent the $375 for a home inspection he found so many little problems that I never even noticed living in my home. The problems that Michael was able to point out will save me thousands of dollars in avoided maintenance costs in the future. Very professional, I will be using Michael again every 3 years for a regular inspection of my home!

    Home Inspection

    Booked Michael for a PDI Home Inspection for a new Construction. He was on time, professional, friendly, and provided the report within an hour. The report was detailed and provided suggestions on things that could done, even if they weren't a code issue.
