    Home Inspection

    I purchased my property back when the market was still crazy hot. I did not have the option to have a home inspection condition in my agreement, so I had to wait until I closed on the property to order the inspection. After I moved in and settled in a bit I did some research and 4 Sight Inspections came highly recommended. Booking was super easy on the website and Michael showed up exactly on time on the day of the appointment. Michael even let me tour the house with him so he could provide me all the relevant info on the property. I'm glad I did as there was a lot to learn. All in all, it was a great experience and the cost was exactly what was quoted on their website. I would definitely recommend Michael and 4 Sight to anyone in need of a home inspection.

    Micheal was a delight to work with

    Micheal was extremely thorough in his inspection. He was very methodical, diligent and efficient in the inspect as well as booking. I recommend him for your home inspection. He will make the whole experience extremely smooth.

    Home Inspection

    We hired Michael to prepare a home inspection for our new home. Michael was prompt, efficient and personable. He very calmly and clearly explained his findings and even took some time to explain some of the inner workings of the home. Michael was able to point out areas of concern and give us confidence in what we need to move forward with to ensure our home remains in it's best form. I would highly recommend hiring Michael.

    Inspection of exterior renovation of house

    Your very thorough inspection verified my concerns with the workmanship on my house exterior. I hope your report will convince the contractor to fix the problems. That you will chech their work again before I accept the job as complete certainly lowers my stress level. Thank you

    Thorough and Informative

    Michael did a a great job with my home inspection. He carefully examined all areas of concern and provided helpful guidance on where to focus initial improvements and repairs.

    Thorough and friendly inspection

    The inspector arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and gave us detailed explanation as we asked questions. The report was concise and informative.

    Home inspection

    Michael was very helpful and explained to us the details of what he found while completing our home inspection. His recommendations and report after the inspection allowed us to determine how to proceed with our findings and next steps. I would definitely recommend him to others.
