    Home inspection

    I had a great experience with Michael. From the very start, he was very professional and understanding of our needs. He gave us a brief overview of his findings right at the inspection site, that made us question our home choice. It wasn't the outcome we expected, but that's why he was there in the first place. Will definitely contact him again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    I highly Recommend 4Sight Home Inspections. Great customer service and thorough assessment. I was impressed the amount of detail and professionalism from the inspector Steve. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, he simplified the technical aspects of the inspection so that I could understand. He took the time inspect the home. The inspection report was delivered fast and covered every aspect of the home. Amazing job Steve!

    Michael was fantastic. He arrived on time and he was patient, thoughtful and incredibly observant. I was lucky enough to be able to get a home inspection condition in my purchase, and I couldn't have gone with a better company. Michael provided practical solutions for some of the issues we found and he gave me great, honest input throughout the process. The prepared report was clear and detailed, and provided within a few hours of the end of the inspection. A++, would wholeheartedly recommend.

    Inspection

    Great fast service by Michael. Very knowledgable and informed us on every part of the inspection. We had many questions he answered. Prompt and courteous and a fair price. Received our comprehensive report that same evening. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for similar services!

    Thorough inspection, courteous, and helpful

    We've used Mike and his team in the past to inspect our preconstruction home upon closing 9 years ago and also to inspect a property we were intending to purchase 2 years ago. When we closed on our new preconstruction home this year, we knew we would hire them again. Mike found a very loose pole supporting our porch roof, multiple areas on the exterior that needed work, and a crushed vent in our basement. All these things we would have missed ourselves. We will be putting these items on our tarion form in hopes that the builder will fix them. The inspection comes with a report with photos and thermal imaging. Thanks Mike for another thorough inspection on our home!

    Home inspection on farm property

    Michael was very thorough, efficient and professional in completing the home inspection. He arrived on time, performed the inspection and sent the inspection report to me that same day. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

    Home Inspection before purchase

    Michael was very transparent as soon as he arrived, on his thoughts and findings of the property. Any questions i had for him he gladly answered throughout his inspection. He even went out of his way to point out things that I would've never noticed.
