    Home Inspection

    I was seeking an experienced professional to inspect my new home after placing a conditional offer. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very satisfied with the thorough inspection conducted by Cameron. He provided detailed information about the HVAC system and water heater, pointing out that the water heater was old and could be replaced since the current owner was paying for it on a monthly plan. Cameron meticulously examined every corner, including the basement and roof, from inside the house. If I were to rate his service, I would confidently give him a 10/10. He even sent the inspection report the same evening. Many thanks to 4 Sight Inspection for the excellent service.

    Home Inspection

    Cameron was nice enough to take a very last minute inspection on a Saturday morning. His work was thorough and he was incredibly informative. Overall just a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs an inspection!

    Fast, trustworthy and professional

    This was the first company to respond to my query. From the first contact to the end of the job, they were courteous, respectful and professional. John came out to see the job, told us what steps would be necessary to remediate the issue and assured us that he would look for the source. He and Noah completed the job promptly at the end of the same week and we were given a certificate of the completion of the work along with photos. He explained the process, found the source of the issue and did full remediation. They were very diligent and left everything clean! True professionals.

    Eye Opening experience Home Inspection

    Cameron was amazing, on time and took his time to explain everything as the inspection progressed. I never felt he was rushing and thoroughly answered all my questions. Spent a total of 3 hours inspecting the house and had the report to me within 2 hours of completion of inspection. This enabled me to make an informed decision to proceed with the purchase. My first purchase of a home was back in 1976 and at that time there was no home inspections. We just made the decision and only discovered the deficiencies once we moved in but this time with the detailed report in hand I felt comfortable in purchasing the house and I happy to say the house is mine. I would definitely recommend 4 Sight Inspections.

    Last Minute Pre-Sale House Inspection

    We were rushing to get an inspection done for a potential home purchase, I called multiple agencies that were booked, Cameron came through even though he was busy and did amazing. He accommodated the odd timing which allowed us to make a good offer at the right time which was ultimately accepted(!!). His work was thorough and extensive, but timely and at a great price point. I will recommend him and the 4Sight team to my family and friends in the future. Can't thank Cameron enough.

    Great Inspection!

    Inspector was punctual and did a thorough job. He went out of his way to explain how things work in the condo as well!

    Condo Home Inspection

    Cameron did a fantastic job making me and my wife comfortable through the entire process, he took his time and was very in depth with his inspection. As first time home buyers peace of mind is extremely valuable during this exciting but stressful at times process. Would highly recommend this company for your next home inspection, very professional. Thank you again.

    First time homeowners — and couldn’t be happier!

    Cameron came to inspect our newly purchased home this past weekend. He was punctual, super professional and could not have been kinder. He was extremely detailed in his inspection, taking his time to work through the house, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had providing detailed and thoughtful answers. With this being our first home purchase, it put our minds at ease to bring in a professional inspector before close. Would recommend to anyone in the GTA looking for an inspection.     Home Inspection

    We're beyond happy with 4Sight Home Inspections! Cameron was so thorough during the inspection and communicated the main concerns found with the home in a way that was extremely easy to understand. Cameron was extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions, and his openness and honesty instantly made us feel comfortable.
