    PreHome Inspection by Steve

    We bought detach house in Mississauga .Home inspection was conditional clause and we wanted to have it inspected thoroughly and good inputs from inspector .Once I booked appointment with Steve I had lots of questions to ask .Steve called me and gave me confidence of his work.I was very Happy with that conversation. At time of inspection Steve was before time .Steve did inspection thoroughly and gave each area time to inspect .We were really impressed of hard work and knowledge Steve showed. What ever question we had ,Steve gave satisfied answers. He showed potential problems and provided time line to get it fix. Very well prepared report pics with everything covered provided on time which gave us confidence to decide for property. We are very Thankful for service,Hard work,knowledge,good communication,dedication and suggestions provided by Steve .We would defiantly recommend to others.Go for Steve !! Thanks, Abha

    Home inspection

    Home inspection for newly purchased home was requested. Though inspections were conducted for every floor, inside and out, including power, water line, HVAC., thermal variations (to detect leakage, damage, etc.), drainage, etc. Some undetectable issues were identified and suggestions were given. A detailed investigation report was provided afterwards.

    Home Inspection

    Very professional and courteous manner. Did a though inspection of the house, garage and outside grounds for the inspection. Very detailed report of the functions within the house such as furnace, windows, appliances, roof, basement water problems, mold, insulation in the attic.......etc. I would recommend anyone buying a house to get a home inspection just for your peace of mind! You might think you can do this yourself but these people are educated and trained for unexpected problems you might not see.

    Friendly knowledgeable service at a fair price

    Chose this company because of the reputation and price and was not disappointed. The booking process was quick and easy, price was great, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Received the full report digitally within 1 hour after the service was completed. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Our home inspector, Michael was pleasant and answered all of our questions. Had a great time learning about the house with him! Michael emailed his home inspection report (~50 pages) on the same day. As an FYI, the home inspection did not include thermal camera work, checking on the sprinkler systems, nor the pool.

    Home Inspection in Mississauga

    Michael arrived exactly on time. Inspection was thorough and the report was detailed. A few problems with the house were found and Michael provided us with images, notes, and the urgency of the repair. Overall, getting an inspection done with 4Sight was a painless process. Thanks Michael!

    Home inspection

    I am very impressed with the service I received from Homestars yesterday. Not only did Steve do a thorough and detailed home inspection, but also he was available last minute and the report came back within a few hours of the same day. He kept me up to speed with his findings and advised great tips and suggestions on how to keep the home in top condition to someone who has never owned a house before. 100% recommend them, worth it!

    Inspection in Mississauga

    I had a house that I was considering buying, but had a few concerns about. The service 4Sight provided was fantastic - I was contacting them on short notice, and had a very limited time slot where the seller could provide access to the house, but Chris was awesome enough to drive out of his usual service area to go over this property with me. Chris was able to answer all of my questions, identified several critical pieces of information about the property that I never would have noticed, and was able to give me ballpark estimates of the costs that I would be looking at to resolve those issues. The final report I got was fantastic - over 70 pages of detailed information and photos of the exact condition of the house. His assistance made me feel much safer about the offer I was putting in on the house, as I now knew exactly what I was buying. Thanks again Chris!

    Home Inspection in Scarborough

    Chris was prompt and thorough with our home inspection. He also abided by COVID protocol, conducting the inspection in his mask and gloves. He took time to talk and walk us through the major items he found and answer our questions without rushing us while also letting us know if we have any follow ups, that we shouldn't hesitate to reach out. We received the (very thorough) report a few hours after the inspection. I especially appreciate them being able to squeeze in this last minute inspection on the long weekend. Thanks, Telis C.
