    Great Job. Chris was very detailed in explaining everything.

    Condo Inspection

    This was the third time I was working with Michael on home inspection and nothing has changed over past 7 years since I have known him. He arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He was very thorough as always and discovered couple of key issues quickly. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. At the end he took the time out to go over key issues identified as above, action plan and answered all of our questions. Got the full report in a matter of couple of hours. All star performer in my eyes... thanks Michael and see you next time :)

    Home Inspection

    I had the pleasure to work with Chris for my past three properties and I find him always professional and very knowledgeable. He is always on time and does a thorough inspection. He is always there to answer any questions and provide appropriate feedback. After the inspection, a comprehensive report is provided and all immediate actions are discussed in detail. I strongly recommend Chris and team for sure.

    Condo Inspection

    Michael was great. I needed an inspection done quickly and he accommodated his schedule to suit my needs. He was very professional and I received a thorough inspection report the same day the inspection was completed. I would certainly recommend 4Sight Inspections to friends and family.     Home Inspection

    Chris arrived at the house a little before the agreed upon time and had already started working by going around the property and taking pictures. By the time we reached, he had formed a good judgment of what the house is like from outside. He also gave us a detailed idea of what he saw , and how severe or minor a problem it would present in the near future. His comments and reports are informative and thorough.

    Home Inspection

    I booked two days in advanced and Chris showed up on time and was very detailed with his walkthrough. He happily took the time to explain everything he saw and potential upgrades we could do to make the home safer. All around a good experience.

    Informative, Thorough and Friendly Home Inspection by Chris

    Chris was able to accommodate after a last minute reschedule and showed up on time for the home inspection. Before starting, he gave us a brief and friendly intro on how he'll conduct the inspection. He recommended best practices for maintenance and repair, which demonstrated his expertise. On top of that, he was very approachable and friendly as he answered questions that we had. The report was emailed to us 2 hours after the inspection, in thorough detail. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and we definitely recommend Chris for your next home inspection.

    Inspection of our First Home

    Chris Shaw had inspected our first home and we were very happy with his service, professionalism and how he was thorough with his work. His recommendations were very clear and concise. His input was very helpful and valuable for us to decide to go ahead with the property. He also highlighted options where we good upgrade and keep our home safer. The report was very detailed and easy to understand for a novice (like us!) with pictures. We highly recommend his service.

    Home Inspection

    Bought a new house and ask 4sigth to inspect it, since I have only 30 days to report deficiencies to Tarion. It was a real pleasure to see professional at work. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and provided a very informative report. Thank you, Chris.

    Inspection of new home

    Their online booking process was quick and simple. Michael came in and honestly assessed our purchase, thoroughly documenting all his findings as the inspection went along. This type of inspection is a must for all new homeowners and is very much a home education for first time homeowners. Michael pointed out any deficiencies, if any and the recommended corrective steps. We received the final report was submitted shortly after he left the premises. I highly recommend 4 Sight Inspections!
